I bought an eyeliner which was marketed as waterproof. It was not! Plus the tip and quality was very poor. I used it for two days then it was finished. Mind you I do not do a thick wing! I wish I could add a picture!!

I want to put out their 1st that I love Kat von D make up. It's the customer service that lacks. I called because I had a problem with my order and all I got back was attitude. At first I was basically called a liar by a lady named Renee. I ask to be transferred to a supervisor and she was not much better. I'm usually pretty calm when it comes to dealing with customer service people. The issues are not their fault but these to women made me very upset on how they were treated me. I will not be ordering any more from Kat Von D makeup. It's very unfortunate because I had finally found a make that works for me.

I feel like I've been robbed. Bought as a present. Received nothing and only partial refund. They originally tried to refund me much less until I emailed them with evidence. When asked to show how they calculated my refund they completely ignored the question in they're reply.
Conveniently they dont send replacements and only give a partial refund or as little as possible. Never had this problem with other honest sellers. Be very careful with this seller as I believe Kat Von D is no longer affiliated and this could be a new shady tactic of new management. I bought foundation from Charlotte Tilbury and was extremely impressed. Would highly recommend as an alternative.

Two packages made within a month both lost. Sent to a different city! Ive had to ring DHL from the uk with no help from there c Customer service team. I want my make up not Constant refunds!!!!! Sort it out!!!!

This make up was useless. Promised flawless beauty for 24 hours, I looked like a mess after two. Will contact them for a refund.

I ordered 4 makeup brushes from them, and spent about 80 CAD. I did not recieve a tracking number and the order status is shipped. It's been nearly 9 months. I've contacted them numerous times and no reply. I hate it how they always have great sales on their websites unlike Sephora and I'm always temped to buy it from the website... But remember, their customer service is a joke.

EDIT: I emailed KVD vegan beauty one more time kindly requesting for a return, after Kat Von D sold her company. I know that her team is still the same, but I got a quick email reply within a day. They kindly gave me a full refund. Gave them 2 extra stars!! Based on this experience, I think I’ll just order from brick and mortar store like Sephora. Too bad I’ll be missing out on palettes, sales, and awesome deals from KVD’s website :(

Everlasting Liquid Lipstick is the best liquid lipsticks ever for me. Own 5 shades and still want more.

Update:
Order was received the following date June 24, so I added another star. Received a new email in response to my first customer service response. The email preparing me for the delivery of the package was sent prior to receiving it.
So I updated the review and I am thankful it arrived. However, brick and mortar stores will be used for any further purchases of KVD.

IF I could give 0 stars, it would definitely happen. I paid for products yet never received them. I filed a complaint with PayPal and am out the money for the order itself.
Emailed the customer service department at least 3 times to report this while waiting for the supposedly "delivered" item.
This confirmation states it was delivered to my front porch, to which this gate is locked on the confirmation, so it was delivered somewhere else or possibly no where at all.
No response has been made to me, yet they could dig and take care of that delivery confirmation to deny a replacement or refund within 24 hours of filing.
No one can reply, provide me information about my merchandise other than a confirmation and number to which my po has no idea
Regardless if this was a post error it would he nice for a replacement or a guarantee of something like this happened in the middle of Covid and due to human error.
You would think that a company that has been purchased by a large umbrella company of numerous high end brands could replace or refund what didn't arrive.
Not everyone is dishonest, looking for free products to review or asking for anything that can't be done. As a former salesperson in the industry, I know beauty products and how companies have products made readily available to reviewers, frequent buyers and those that work in the companies themselves with not a second glance.
So knowing this fact, I asked for a replacement or a refund which would have been nice, no matter what occurred in shipment. I didn't donate money to KVD beauty but apparently they view it as such. Do not purchase anything from their website.
The fulfillment of the orders, actual shipment dates and confirmations really aren't spot on, regardless of Covid. This isn't acceptable to take money from a consumer and my money wasn't a donation.

I would give zero stars if possible. As a licensed cosmetologist for over 30 yrs. I have delt with many vendors in the beauty industry. Never have I come across a non responsive unprofessional company when applying for a pro account. I submitted all documents that are required, my license is current, and I am in good standing the California board. I've made numerous calls and follow-up emails per customer service requests and still no confirmation or denial regarding my account application. I purchase an average of $900 in product a month which could lead to thousands a month in sales through recommendations to clients. I will not support or recommend a company that does not honor or support their own mission statement. There are other cosmetic companies that can satisfy my client base. See you never Kat Von D.

I love their foundation. it covers great and is the only full coverage that doesn't make me breakout.

If I could leave a negative 5 star rating I would (but I can't so it got 1 star.) I have placed 3 orders over the span of a year +, and 2 of the 3 orders shipped completely destroyed/unusable.... As in, thrown in a large bubble envelope to be tossed around inside during shipping only to be delivered to me with product completely exploded everywhere inside.
I have pictures of the last two orders where the Kat Von D black bubble envelope was wet w/product & powder.....literally skin color on the inside when it arrived! My product boxes were all smashed, everything unusable other than a makeup brush that was protected in Kat Von D box as long as your not gifting it to anyone that is (insert resting B-face.)
I highly recommend you NOT BUY from her site. If you like her products which I do but don't want the headache, order from Sephora. Moral of the story don't waste money, time, and energy buying from KatVonDBeauty.com - simple. They have made zero changes since my second order (as it arrived exactly like my most recent DESTROYED)

Ordered 5 things only recieved 4 and their customer service won't respond to me. Contacted them 4 times and nothing.

I never received any of my order. I contacted customer support 7 times via email, and Instagram and never heard anything back. I will never buy from here ever again.

The products are very good but the international shipping rates are very expensive for those who cannot purchase KvD beauty at Sephora.

I have bought mascara bij kat von d. The shop have not sent me email with the order number and never sent this mascara. I have paied through PayPal and made claim for refund.
Never again will buy something from this shop!!!!
