This multi layered mould gives a realistic knitted texture to any project. Due to the scale these moulds they are perfect for cupcakes and cookies as well as larger cakes and projects. This design mat mould measures approx 100 x 100 x 3mm / 3.94 x 3.94 x 0.12".
All our moulds are made in our factory here in UK and are made with FDA compliant food grade silicone. Our Moulds can be used with sugar paste, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, boiled sugar, cold porcelain and salt dough.

Bit tricky to get used to and I wasn't able to get a good imprint over all the piece I was rolling. Could do with a better packet to keep it in as the original packet has split already so not sure how to store it now.
