I purchased a bathtub 1.5 month ago. They delivered a sofa instead. I had to explain the problem to them for an hour on the phone before they finally decided to do something about it. They took the whole week to investigate and to finally tell me that the bathtub is not available anymore. 1 week before the start of the renovation
EDIT: 09/01/2024 to this day Kauf-unique still hasn't responded to my query for a refund and still hasn't reached out to pick up the sofa

They sell things of very poor quality. Also, their service team is very rude and makes you feel that it was your fault that the items were of poor quality.
They censor comments and reviews which is totally unacceptable. You can look at some items in their shop that have 4.5 stars, but really they should have 1.5 stars, but because of their hidden policy, all negative feedback is moderated and only a few of them get to the end. They think if I canceled my order due to damage I'm not able to rate order.

Very bad experience. I orderd a day bed at the beginning of August. Got a call from the Spedition company that DHL lost one of the packets and Kauf unique didn't know that until i called later that week. They said they will send the lost packet but no response on the status of the delivery. DHL site ahows no update after 10.08. Contacted customer care to cancel the order, no update. I also sent the request to cancel via Kontakt formular and received a message 'Ihr Fall wird bearbeitet.' and no update after that. My order status is still not moved to cancelled.
It has been a month and has been too stressful to constatntly keep checking and asking for updates. The company should be providing updates to customers and here it is vice versa.

We decided to buy a couch here. We were a bit taken aback by the high shipping cost of 200€, but we really liked the couch and the delivery time was good.
The couch lasted exactly 2 weeks before a part of the seating started breaking - mind you, we did not do anything but sit/lie on the couch. We are also not overweight. The beams that hold the polstery keep breaking more and more. We are essentially unable to use that part of the couch. And this after having it less than 2 months. So far I have not been able to get a response for this but the reviews here don't give me much hope.

Very disappointed with the delivery and customer service. I paid as much as * 78 EUROS * (namely 1/3 of the total) for the premium shipping - the highest amount I have paid so far for any shipping.
While this theoretically included the collection of the box, which should be the very minimum, the driver refused not only to open it (as the shop rudely replied to me that he was not supposed to), but also to take it back. He was already in my flat, so it has nothing to do with Corona.
In any case, if he had to take the box back (which, again, was a service that he had to provide), he should wait there a couple of hours, since the package was so "stupid" (definition of the shipping company) that I had to find and use an ELECTRIC SAW to cut open the 2-cm-thick wooden bars without emerging nails they had framed the box with, make them in smaller pieces and dispose of them.
The, once-again, rude reply of the shop was that I had to open it just like any other customer, and that the glass product came from Asia and I "would have not liked it either in 1000 pieces" (sic.).
It is by no means the first time I order something fragile from afar, but 1) I never had to pay 78 euros for shipping expenses; 2) never had to use an electric saw to open the box; 3) never had to deal with a customer service that, instead of apologizing for not delivering the advertised service replied so rudely and unprofessionally.
Briefly, stay away.

I am in shock at the response from this company regarding claims.
I purchased a set of leather sofas. A sofa bed and a loveseat combo.
The loveseat sofa has not been used in such a way for it to have deteriorated the way it has.
There are no children in my home and I barely host get togethers with visitors and, when I do, my friends sit on the sofa the way any other human being sits on the sofa.
Its been 23 months since I have had this sofa set that the back portion of the loveseat has become loose with time, and now detached, from the sofa to where it now moves back when multiple people lean on it.
I have now reported this to the claims dept who simply shoved my claim aside and claimed to have checked the photo I sent them and determined that it was the usual "wear and tear" therefore my claim is rejected!
Are you kidding me? a sofa detaching from the back in less than 2 years and its normal wear and tear??
What sofa does that? unless its a sofa that has had a manufacture issue?
This company is completely disregarding the contract with its customers and I am disgusted at the way my claims was handled from the mystery person handling the claims there.
I am in utter shock right now and its so humiliating having to post this on the web.

Update: I am now being accused of doing this to the sofa myself and thus I need to fix it myself. I love how they accuse people without proof of anything just so they can wash their hands off their end of the agreement. I am NEVER buying from here again.
Update 2: It's not possible for me to answer your message on Trustpilot, Kauf-Unique, but i purchased the Ledergarnitur Schlafsofa Salerne 3+2 - Luxusleder - Braun and my order number is KU1810090076. It's the 2 sitter that has the problem. This type of sofa is usually called a loveseat in english.

ordered a table, said delivery was in 2-3 weeks...delivery was late...phoned them up and according to Kauf Unique they only gave it to DHL on the day it was supposed to be delivered to my house! DHL tracking page has not changed its information for a week now. Phoned several times and assured they would chase the order. After a week the table bottom arrived but the marble top has gone missing in transit. In contact again with Kauf Unique, again promise to sort it out, still waiting. Will gladly upgrade my rating if Kauf Unique take notice and find my table top and deliver it, or give me a full refund €508.98 including delivery. Its been 5 weeks since I placed my order now.
oh and trusted shops wont help me either !!!!
I can either say ok..Alles klar. Ich möchte die Absicherung beenden.
or
Ich stimme der Lösung des Shops nicht zu...but I do want them to find my table top!!!!
