Avoid! If I could give minus points, I absolutely would. This 'business' is a total scam; the .de site address is misleading - the products are shipped from China. I ordered an embroidery stitch book and sewing kit and only received the 'book' - totally useless without the kit. When I complained I received the 'sorry our product did not meet your expectations' reply and was offered the choice of keeping the item and getting a paltry part-reimbursement, or paying to send the product back for a full reimbursement. Further emails have gone unanswered.

I ordered a planner and after a month I received one, but not the one I wanted. I contacted the support and they offered a €5 partial refund for a €25 order if I keep it, and after that they haven't replied in over a week.
Don’t recommend, absolutely a scam

Have now been waiting over three weeks for my order and have not even gotten any update about the package being sent.. have tried to get in touch with them but no response…

They didnt sent the full set I ordered and when I contacted them, they offered me just EUR5 as compensation if I keep the product or if I wish to return it and get a refund, I have to ship it to Japan??? What nonsense is it!

The goods unexpectedly arrived from China and it has now been 16 days since my order. The tracking information has not been updated for five days and Kaufkram is not responding to emails. So almost three weeks since the order.

Saw a youtube demonstration of a leaveblower "enhancer" device.Basicaly some kind of tube you add to your leaveblower. Looked promising however upon receipt turned out make the performance of my leaveblower even worse. So the whole demo probably was seriously rigged. The "thing" took also a month to get from "Hongkong" to Belgium. So the "German" website also is a serious fake!!!. Wanting to return and a refund - no reply whatsoever. Stay away from this site!!! It is simply Chinese like everything else apparently nowadays. Even Amazon sells Chinese crap now!
