I love shopping at Kave home. The web shop browser is simple, the information is accurate, and the delivery is on time.

The lady was quite helpful and polite in the shop. Quality of the furnitures seem quite good and the prices are acceptable.

I ordered a garden set - sofa, chair and 2 outdoor rugs. The email from Kave home informed me, that there would be 2 seperate shipments, sofa and 2 rugs in first shipment, chair in the second. I was ok with that, as the most important items were in the 1st shipment. The issues started, when delivery dates started to be amended and when the first shipment finally arrived it contained the chair. The second shipment then got cancelled without any explanation, even though the items continued to be on sale ( and still are). The credit was issued, but all in all a massive let down by Kave home. The furniture was for my rented holiday house and with guests arriving imminantly, there was no time to obtain replacement furniture. Unfortunatly I cannot trust this company with any future orders.

We got the best of support from Pol in the Girona-store, from start to order. He was so professional and helped us with suggestions, updates and it felt like having a personal designer guiding us to the right decision and we did all communication by email and WhatsApp. Thank you Pol and Kave Home !

On the 4th of April I ordered €340 worth of lights from my new house I am decorating. On the 21st of April I got an email saying that they had been delivered on the 14th of April! They had not. I have had to fill in a declaration to say that I did not receive them - fine. But where are the lights? And now I have to go through a process of whether I will get a refund or not?? I had been thinking I would order furniture, garden-ware, but I don't feel I can trust the service now. I still don't have a straight answer on if I am being re-sent the lights I ordered or not.

The process was good, fast and smooth. However, i don’t appreciate receiving the order confirmation or following emails in German. I guess it’s the predetermined language for Switzerland..

Great design and reasonable prices, so bought 5 concrete garden tables, and placed them outside. After 15 month they were completely disintegrating and the pain was peeling off. Complained to Kave Home, who had absolutely no sympathy for this. I should apparently have kept the tables under cover (non provided) and taking them inside for the winter. Yes, good luck with that with heavy concrete tables!
You want to sell products only suitable for indoor use, then fine do that, but do not advertise the same furniture with photos as outdoor table when they are not suitable for this.
I was expecting some kind of compensation, but they offered absolutely nothing, so be very careful before buying anything from this company.

Product delivered on time. And the product quality was good. Recommended seller.
