I bought a Long Sleeve Half Zip Throwshirt in April. For a £200 top the manufacturing quality is poor. Messy, unfinished stitching and an internal pocket not even properly sewn shut.

Put in an order early jan. was not dispatched so contacted them via email twice and got no response. They also don’t answer DMs. Phoned them after almost two weeks to be told that my item had been picked and was being dispatched either that day or the next. Then days later got an email saying they didn’t have the stock and cancelled my order for a totally different reason. Have emailed them to this effect but not expecting a response. Wouldn’t order from them again. Terrible service.
I bought a £90 shirt from them, and after wearing it only twice, the pattern started threading off it. I emailed them to find out if they’d exchange it, and they didn’t even bother replying.
I am very disappointed and will definitely never buy anything from them again.

it says, on their website that "Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped Royal Mail tracked 48" but still no sign of it.
No reply to my emails apart from automated emails telling me they should reply within 1 working day and phone operators don't answer.
