If I could give a -1 I would! These scammers took my order took my money sent me one mail when the order passed and that’s it! They are nowhere to be found I have sent the numerous mails and they do not answer! I have sent them on TikTok and no response and I comment on their TikTok and the comments get deleted! Their insta page is closed !!! 2 Months no contact and no pjs just my bank account -45€! I don’t know if they ever decide to sent them (obvi not they should have already) but I truly think u shouldn’t buy for your own good no need to spend money on thin air !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT BUY !!!!

Do NOT buy from this company! Took over 2 weeks for my package to even be sent and during that time I tried to contact them multiple times via mail, instagram and through their website before my package got shipped but I never got an answer. Just a mail later on that my package had been shipped and that was that. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and for a second I thought i got scammed. So to avoid getting scammed since I've seen people not receive anything for months, and for your moneys sake stay away from this company!

There were holes in the pyjamas and when they sent replacement ones there were holes in those and they said they will send a refund but they have stopped responding to emails now for months.

I paid 10€ for express shipping which is apparently for a fast shipment and protection. I have waited almost a month for my order and the pants had a big hole on the leg. Unacceptable!!!!

Material was soft but molts. Couldnt find a measurement guide but even when sizing up due to size difference, a 3xl only feels like a Medium. And there's no pockets 😔 great clothing if you're tiny.

The pajamas are soft and very cute, the size are correct, 10/10 product. My package arrived later compared to the expected date. At the beginning I was worried and I contacted them by mail. They responded immediately, they gave me the shipping information and were very kind.

They are a scam!!! They send you pajama pants that are so tiny in the waist. We received an XL and an XXL for people that wear S and M and the waist band is so small for a small child even being size XXL. Also there was no size difference for the XL and the XXL. I really think all pants are 1 size fits all which is unreal. And when you try to contact them by email to return it, they don’t send you a return address. They say they will help you and they don’t!!! They also don’t pay for return shipping even though they should when they’re sizing is completely defective and wrong. They have horrible customer service. They just wanna take your money and give you whatever defective product they want to give you and they will not refund you. Never order from them!!! And what is this place in China? So you are supposed to pay the postage from the United States back to China for their defective products? The postage would be more than the refund. They don’t care about their customers and as long as they already have your money, they don’t care about you after that. Anybody that reads this make sure to spread the word not to order from this company. All they had to do was make it right and refund me for their defectively sized clothing.

they do not answer emails , instagram and will not help you. do not order from them. they just want your money at all costs. i was also blocked on instagram when i tried commenting.

Paid for usps shipping 4-7 business days and they shipped via DHL and it’s been over a month and still haven’t received my order.

I‘ve been waiting 2 months for my order to arrive, I wrote many E-Mails reached out throw the website and social media, and they ignored me. I payed for my order for 2 Pants and payed online. They „tried“ solve the problem, but I never got an update since, and they won‘t reply on social media. Very disappointed. I hope I still get my stuff

Really soft and fuzzy pyjamas. ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE they helped me a lot I did not know where it was left and they told me it was in the mailbox and my bad that I did not check my tracking that was on the email lol
