This is a scam seller that sells counterfeit products.

Scam seller. Never received my "Labubu" and got what appears to be bogus tracking info saying it was forwarded to a different residence due to "incorrect address" (address was correct, I checked). Luckily, I purchased through paypal and was able to get a refund.

They advertised “authentic labubus in the display pack of 6, one of each color…” And I got 3 squashed 4 packs of really bad fakes - eyes popping out, missing a foot, crooked paint. It’s so bad! I wouldn’t even complain except they’re so bad and such a scam. Don’t support them!

Labubu are fake. Do not purchase. The website states all items are new and genuine. I sent the company a video of the fake labubu and they said I could return for a full refund if the times were in the original condition not opened. How is the consumer going to tell if they are fake if they are unopened??!!!!

Horrible! I’ve reported them to the FTC and also reported the purchase as fraud as they misrepresented what they sell to what they actually deliver. They offered partial refund. I told them no. They want me to mail back the fake Labubu’s to China on my dime to receive a full refund, told them no.

This company is complete and utter garbage. Complete SCAM. Based off of their false and misleading advertising, I purchased three labubu's. I received 3 lafufu's. One of the box was ripped. There were two labels on the packaging, one from China and the other from New Jersey. I contacted them by phone and email. The email stated that these items were from their collection and not real. I stated that is not how it is represented in their advertising. They steal the marketing from the Popmart site. Their website even says that they check for authenticity, a lie. They offered to give me $20. I paid $79. I said no. They then offered $35. I said no. I want a full refund. They have been radio silent ever since. I put in a dispute with my bank and am planning on complaining everywhere else. Don't buy anything from their site.

Total SCAM. Fake Labubu dolls being represented as genuine. When I received the order, opened my packages and discovered they were fake, I reached out to the company to resolve the situation. They had the nerve to respond and say that they "never intended to deceive" and offered a measly 20% partial refund. I told them I would be reporting them for their fraudulent business practices and they have now (as of today) added a note on their website that indicated that the products are made by them, and not PopMart. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
