I purchased a set of trousers and a robe for €70. The images showed it as genuine, but after a long wait for delivery, I received a completely different copy. The email address is not working, and the company cannot be contacted. SCAM
Waited a month for an order to show up with zero updates.
Tried to contact customer service but the email address bounces with every attempt.
Messaged them on Instagram to try to get through to someone and was directed back to the email address that doesn't work despite explaining this.
Shocking lack customer service, slow delivery of items if they even turn up at all; no help whatsoever. Even for a drop shipper this is bad.
Having to try and dispute the charge with my bank to recover loss of expenses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They do not claim it’s popmart, and when I wrote them (b/c the labubus that arrived were CLEARLY fake), they admitted their products are “inspired” by popmart. So at least that. But now I’m trying to get a refund and they’ve gone silent on me. Let’s see. For everyone else - just avoid buying labubu’s from here.
