I've been buying my nuts, bolts and fasteners from Kayfast for years.
Huge range, excellent quality and prices, and massive selection of stainless products, a definite must in the Western Isles. Cannot fault this company 👌

I have been buying nuts, bolts, screws etc for years, now and a lot is stainless. All orders are well packed and arrive in good time. It's so refreshing to deal with a company like this. Prices are good, choices are wide and with a big selection of small quantities of low value stainless items I have just received, I felt compelled to write to thoroughly endorse my five star recommendation for others to read. Brilliant company to deal with !

I've used Kayfast many times over the past couple of years and will continue to do so: the website is very easy to navigate, range, prices and quality are excellent, and you can order whatever quantity you need. I'm writing this mainly because I notice they have only a few reviews and their score has been lowered by a single one-star review, which when you read the detail seems completely unjustified.

Not a tradesman, just a hobbyist, but have ordered from this company a few times over the years. They deliver high quality fasteners at a competitive price, and seem to be expanding their product range.

The website is intuitive to use and allows a very specific selection. You're not forced to buy 100 screws if you only need 2.. There are also spec sheets/detailed measurements for many products which isn't usually available from other sellers.

Delivery time is not blazing fast, but usually within a few working days which is pretty reasonable for the postage cost. I'd appreciate a slower-but-cheaper postage option for when I just need a small number of screws with no rush.

An often under-valued quality is the consistency of products.. I'm pretty sure that if I order a type of fixing in bulk, I'll be able to top it up in a year's time with the same item. I hope this continues to be the case in future!

It doesn't deserve a sub-4 rating on here, which is only a consequence of the small number of reviews and one clearly unreasonable customer.

Always a fast delivery, great range of bolts, very good pricing & friendly staff

They will NOT refund when they make a mistake. I placed 2 orders with this company. In the second order I added a note - in the 'Message to Seller' Box asking if postage could be combined.

They never replied to the message and dispatched anyway.

Then, when I explained what had happened and provided proof of the message attached to the order confirmation, they insisted that they could not provide a refund.

Avoid. Not willing to admit a mistake, and unwilling to refund extra charges in a simple and clear cut case.

Needed loads of fixings for a project. Managed to find everything I needed. The site was really easy to use. Delivery was really quick.

Excellent range, cheap pricing, and fast shipping!
