Kay's Kitchen 

Came in a few days back to Kays Kitchen Blackrock. EXTREMELY RUDE staff. The food was alright but the service was TERRIBLE. There was one old lady in particular- I think I heard someone call her name as TRACEY- extremely RACIST and I've seen her literally BULLY customers and few members of the staff a couple of times. Last time, she wasn't even helpful when I ordered a meal and we had to wait for a long time and when we asked her how much longer will it take- she just yelled at us.
I suggest everyone to STAY AWAY. There are better restaurants around which are nicer, cleaner, affordable and have better service. This level of service here is TERRIBLE. Don't spend a dime here and instead spend your time and money in a better place. I hope the owner of the restaurant sees this and takes action against Tracey.

I ordered from kays kitchen for dinner today, I asked for my order for 1.15pm. I rang at 1.28 to be told my order had just left the shop and was on its way. I then rang at 1.52 (still not recieved order) to be told my order was still at the shop and they’d get it out to me!!!! First time ordering from here, will not order again

This was the first time we had used Kay's Kitchen for our works Christmas Party. Kay provided delicious high quality food which met the brief and budget.
We will definitely be booking for future events.

We had a leadership team offsite in Surrey and by chance I found Kay's company and reached out. Initially, I was going to ask for some catering and Kay offered a cooking class as an option, but also a cooking class a team building exercise, and it was really great! The team absolutely loved it and said Kay and her sous chef were lovely, patient and fun. They really enjoyed the activity and the overall experience. Thank you so much for helping organise and deliver a great evening!

Kay provided a buffet for my 60th birthday party at the Thameside Brewery in Staines, she was really helpful in suggestions for the food and happy to adapt around any wishes I had. On the day she was there to greet me and the food was all fantastic, all guests commented on how nice it was and a really lovely array of different dishes

If I could give minus 1 I would. I ordered brown toast, it came and was rock hard cold and smathered in butter?, which hadn't melted cause toast was so cold. It couldn't eat it for fear of breaking a tooth it was do hard. I then had to clear table myself to drink coffe which was fine. Very disappointing.

Kay did the catering for my mother's funeral. She served sandwiches, wraps, crudites, scones and cakes for 120 people. It was superb - everything was beautifully presented, the waiting staff were excellent, the food was delicious and plentiful and the clearing up was thorough and efficient. Beforehand she also dropped off at my house a chilli for my visiting family - it was delicious and I was sorely tempted to claim it as my own! All the credit goes to Kay though. We will certainly use her again.

Kay did a great job catering for my daughter and her friend’s joint 21st birthday party. She met the brief well, which was for a meat and a veggie chilli for just under a hundred young guests. The food was delicious and there was enough for some people to go back for seconds. Kay was very flexible and responsive to queries from me and took all the strain away from worrying about the food

Kay provided an afternoon tea package for an event I was hosting.
The items arrived extremely well packed with generous portions. An amazing selection of fresh cakes, samosas, mini quiches and sandwiches.
The guests all commented on the selection of food and how delicious everything was.
Kay also provided tea and coffee butlers, to save me from having to make multiple individual cups, a real-time saver. This was extremely helpful as my party helpers had cancelled.
I'd highly recommend her and will have no hesitation in using Kay's Kitchen again for any future catering needs.

Kay's food is delicious...you can taste the love and care she puts into her dishes. Not only is it tasty, but, having meals already ready (and some frozen) saves me time in the evening when I've had a really busy day. I always look forward to her deliveries! Thank you Kay.

Kay ensured that all the catering for my mother's funeral wake was taken care of absolutely beautifully ; she was so kind, efficient & organised - I knew I wouldn't have to worry about anything she undertook to do. I can't recommend Kay's Kitchen highly enough - her food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and she's extremely reliable.

Kay's kitchen provided a full buffet dinner for 150 people for my husbands birthday. The food was amazing ! And of exceptional quality. Kay and all of her staff were professional, tidy and wonderfully accommodating and kind to work with.

Absolutely amazing, everything was perfect from the organisation, to the incredible food and service from the staff. It was the highlight of my 60th birthday party and my guests are still paying compliments to the food. I would 100% recommend Kays Kitchen for your catering needs.

We chose the Italian menu for a picnic Kay prepared for 6 of us to enjoy at the polo grounds on July 2. The food was delicious and plentiful and we all appreciated the care that went into the packaging of every item, all in keeping with a red and white picnic theme. It was so much nicer than even the best homemade picnic. Highly recommend.

Kay made us lunchboxes for Ascot races. The food was delicious and our guests were really impressed and excited with all the wrapped up goodies. Highly recommended.

We had Kay and her team cater for us on a film set this week and the food is hands down the best-set catering I've had the pleasure of eating. Kay's Kitchen delivered us with a diverse and exciting menu which adhered to the multiple dietary requirements we had amongst the crew. I was particularly fond of the Tandori Chicken with grilled paneer and sweet potato and Chicken Cacciatore with braised Kale and Pancetta.

Above the delicious food was the outstanding customer service and experience presented by Kay and her team. Kay and I often talked through the menu together and Kay offered a load of exciting options that met the needs of our crew. Her team who helped with the deliveries and setting up on-site were also amazing, friendly and professional with their service.

Myself and the crew can't thank Kay ands her team enough for their service. We had lots of happy well fed people this week.

The food was delicious and beautiful. It was delivered and set up with care. Kay was in constant contact throughout the planning of our event to ensure we had the food we needed to cater to guests with special dietary needs and also to ensure we got the best value. Also her dedication to sustainability and waste reduction was noticed by our guests and was greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure to work with her and we will definitely be using her again.

Huge thank you to Kay and the team, we put in a late request and Kay was so helpful in meeting our needs and worked with our budget. The food was amazing! Would highly recommend!
