Unreliable
We have had a very negative experience with this company so I felt the need to leave an honest review of our experience. We booked Kays Medical to carry out lung function tests at our workplace. The first time they turned up, it was at the incorrect time and not all our staff were available so they left. We ended up getting charged for this visit, despite the fact that not one single test was carried out. We did manage to negotiate half price on this occasion. The second visit - the technician did not show up at all, we were informed this was due to staff illness. We were then shocked to discover that we had been charged (direct from our bank account, without permission) the full amount of the visit. We naturally disputed this and a credit note was issued, although we are yet to receive these funds back into our account. However, we rebooked for a third time (we are now almost a year on at this point). Despite seeking confirmation from Kays Medical the day before and receiving it from two members of staff there, the technician once again failed to show up. I was not even emailed to be made aware of this and we had staff waiting around for their appointment, costing the company time and money. We have since reached out to Kays Medical asking for an explanation as to why their technician did not turn up and why I was not emailed to be informed of it. This was 2 working days ago and I have received no response at all. Needless to say, we will be looking for another company to carry out these tests for us. Incredibly disappointing service all round.
