Excellent Appliance Repair Service
Keith of KB Appliances was absolutely brilliant. Firstly, when I called him (recommended by my neighbour) he was really polite and helpful and fitted us in really quickly. When he came round he did excellent work, explained everything as he went along, was super clean and tidy, didn't push us in to buying a part we didn't need, he was lovely and friendly. Also his communication was excellent, texts to say when he was coming, turned up in the slot, sent an email after with a summary of the work for me to keep. I am SO impressed and very grateful. Would highly recommend.

Phoned when 30 minutes away. Clean, polite and fixed my machine without needing new parts.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. One of the most frustrating things about being an appliance repair technician is being unable to repair a machine due to parts not being available. If you need any help in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Unsucessful repair cost £75
Unfortunately unable to give a higher score as the guy was only here 5 minutes , said he was unable to fix it and left but still charged the full repair price of £75 .
