NO STARS Scam. Managed a refund through my bank as a charge back. PayPal advised me this action. They could not help any more, as they had Yodel tracking saying delivered BUT delivered to a wood shed not at my post code?

I visited and ordered a bike from this site beginning of Oct. At the time the site was for T.O.P bikes. They changed their site address shortly after to Kbooa. I paid for the bike with my MasterCard and it appeared on my statement as a PayPal purchase. At nearly the end of Oct they showed it was sent and provided a false tracking number. They shipped through Canada Post and it showed delivered in Nov . I had not received anything so on contacting Canada Post they confirmed the tracking number provided was not in my name nor was the delivery address nor was it for a bike delivery. This site does not have a contact phone number on their site and only an email contact and a residential address in Troy, Michigan. Numerous emails to them since ordering and no responses. Canada Post launching an investigation, disputing purchase with MasterCard and also PayPal. This site is a scam operation.

Ordered ebike from this lot was sent invoice stating bike was waiting shipment,after about 3 weeks I checked invoice email and it stated the bike had been sent and delivered. On checking with the courier I discovered that the tracking number that I was sent was not in my name or address. Opened dispute with PayPal and waited the 20 days that the seller had to respond,no response from seller and result case closed in my favour and received a full refund

Ordered an ebike paid through PayPal tracking saying was on its way and 5 days later delivered. There was absolutely no tracking in the UK, no record of what airport it arrived at. No record of the bike clearing customs. No Customs payment required for duty on import duty for the Ebike. Absolutely no delivery records in the UK, no proof of receipt or where it was delivered to. No proof Signature. Don't know where to start because I can't prove it didn't arrive because I literally don't know which airport in the UK it supposedly arrived at. But PayPal gave the money to the seller because he provided a false tracking No.

Been scammed by this fake company and PayPal has taken their false delivery record as proof of delivery. PayPal and this scam company have done me out of a lot of money. Disgraceful. but I will continue on to get my money back and if that’s means getting solicitors involved then so be it. Disgusted . UPDATE After the third attempt and producing evidence to get my money back from PayPal , they have finally returned my money.

they provided to paypal false track number, dont reply customer service, stay away
