Totally useless

This company has no idea what they are doing in managing body corporates. They consistently forget to notify us of AGM's and other general meetings or notices that they are paid to send or organise. I have to consistently chase them just to do their job. Further when you contact them it can take days to just get a response.
They also receive a $500 kickback from the insurance company that they recommended us to take, which means we are paying an inflated premium so that they can earn an extra $500.
Very unethical. I can't wait to change away from this company.
