The service was excellent & all works for supply & installation of solar panels, battery & inverter including electrical installation was completed in one day. Very impressed with the service provided. Very satisfied with the company all installation & commissioning documents received within one day.

Honestly I have to say Michael was out with my aunt asap fix the problem and even came back the next day to check out a few other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending KDC Electrical limited to anyone. No complaints for us at all. In fact we have them in our book for future reference and also for other work in which we need done. If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would.

I used KCD electrical for my own home solar and battery install and from start to finish I was well looked after by Jack Main who was in constant communication about the delivery time, install dates and aftercare.
Absolutely world class customer service and a top quality product installed by a great bunch of lads who were professional, precise and friendly, they installed the system EXACTLY how I wanted it.
Honestly cannot fault KCD electrical at all and would recommend them to anyone who needs solar panels.
I would also use them again for anything in the future. One very happy customer!

KCD Electrical were recommended to me and did not disappoint. In fact, they were fantastic!
Having moved into a house with a solar system already installed, I didn't know what to do when a problem occurred.
Frame at KCD made an appointment to inspect the system as soon as contacted and was able to diagnose and restore my system to full operation in no time.
Easy to deal with, willing to explain in simple terms what the issue was, then provide guidance to a lay person like me, was much appreciated.

HAD A NEW INSTALLATION 3 MONTHS AGO, INITIAL INSTALLATION ISSUES WHICH TO BE FAIR WERE RESOLVED PROMPTLY ALTHOUGH I WITH HELD FINAL PAYMENT WHICH MIGHT HAVE HELPED MY CAUSE. I HAD TO CHASE FOR THE MCS CERTIFICATION TO START THE PROCESS OF ORGANISING FEEDIN WITH ENERGY SUPPLIER. JUST FOUND THAT G98/G99 DOCS HAD NOT BEEN SENT TO THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR THEM TO SEND ME A DNO LETTER WHICH APPARENTLY I NEED TO DO THIS. HAVE CHASED TRES, WHO ARE INVOLVED WITH KCD, WHO INSTALLED MY SYSTEM BUT STILL AWAIT THEIR RESPONSE SO NOW I AM DEALING DIRECT WITH THE DNO (DISTRIBUTION NETWORK) A LOAD OF MALARKY TO QUOTE TV ADD. JUST DON'T FEEL TO HAVE HAD PROPER SUPPORT WITH THIS ASPECT OF IT ALL.

KCD had taken over responsibility for our Solar system a year ago after replacing a storage battery problem supplied by a different company. This was the first time a new problem had arisen. Reported yesterday and two engineers visited today and thoroughly checked the whole system. Fault caused by cut-out on mains supply to solar system , so no fault in solar system as such, but fault quickly identified and remedied Confirmed excellence of KCD service

Excellent service, Ryan was helpful and efficient. We didn’t get any other quotes for the work as we felt confident from our initial survey for our ev charger. Will use again.

The initial visit was exceptional, everything was explained very clearly and with no pressure to buy. Had already researched Voltage Optimisers and was offered an excellent deal. They fitted equipment where we wanted it and carried out all work efficiently and the minimum of mess or disturbance. Engineers explained everything clearly, were both very pleasant. Will be recommending them to friends and family..!!

Would highly recommend KCD. Responsive to my queries about the solar system.Took time to explain how the system works . Gave good impartial advice about whether to install additional system and batteries - not just out to upsell . The work is to a very high standard .

We had issues with our solar system since we had a battery put in. After kcdelectricals came out to look at it. It has been finally sorted. Cannot thank the team enough. Everyone one of them polite also leaving no mess behind. If your wanting a solar panel system or an upgrade this is the company to go with. I cannot praise them enough.

The electrician the company sent was absolutely amazing. He was very professional from start to finish. He went over and above to make sure his work will looks fantastic. Ryan was friendly, hardworking and very efficient. He restored light to my dining room and fitted a lovely new fuse box instead of the old two separate ones. I’m so happy. I would 100% recommend this company. They are quick in coming to your aid. So happy

The technician was prompt, polite and explained what the equipment did and how to use it.
The work was carried out to a high standard and the technician carefully cleaned up after the job was completed.
KCD did an excellent job.
