Exceptional customer service
I placed my 5th/6th order and one item (snowdonia cheddar with whisky) was missing but I didn’t realise until late Friday evening. I called at 9am Saturday morning to report this and by 10am the item had been delivered. The level of customer service has been exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend on product quality or customer service

KD Davis and Sons recently delivered three pizza kits from The Rustic Pizza co, Doncaster. Booking was easy, and the product was fantastic.
I received an email early on the day of delivery with a two hour window when to expect the order, and it was delivered during this time. I also received a text message when they were on their way which was fab.
The only single thing that would have been better/more beneficial for us would be to have received a time window before the actual day of delivery, so we could plan my son's birthday around the pizza making, but I do understand that this cannot be possible.
A fantastic service that we will definitely use again. Thank you.

As always my delivery was completed with no issues, the produce was first class and my custard slices were just what the doctor ordered on a Saturday afternoon in lock down. I cannot think of a bad word to say about this service.

Fabulous service!
I’ve been having a weekly delivery since the first lockdown in March 2020.
The produce is super fresh and tasty and they’ve extended their range to include meat, fish, bakery etc etc.
It’s a great service as I can get my milk, bread and other essentials alongside my fresh fruit and vegetables.
If we ever get back to normal, I’ll still continue with this excellent service.
All the drivers are really pleasant and the company, which I know if family run, is a credit to the local community!
