Great support and this product worked well for my needs (converting TGZ to PST)

Software wasn't able to read calendar files, provided image on email to support.

A wee update, after posting this, got an immediate response from there support team, an updated versions seems to have addressed the speed issue, running now, and will update again if all's good... Support has been really good so far!

Software is slow, a 2gb tgz file takes over 5hrs to process, the software needs .net 3.5, really in 2019! The labels in the o365 migration window are confusing and make no sense. I'm on try 2 of the migration tons pst file as the first time did not preview correctly, half the data is missing! If it doesn't work this time, I'm going for a refund.

I bought the software in its OST TO PST version with Paypal payment. I had problems because I didn't know how to activate it and I had to open a dispute, the manufacturer itself suggested I do it this way. Through chat contact with KDETOOLS I have been able to solve it in a few minutes, the service of Miss Garima Jeph was fast and efficient. The software has allowed to retrieve important information for my client.

Having purchased the product online I did not receive an email with the download instructions or activation key. That initial disappointment and concern that this might have been a scam site was quickly alleviated when I went onto their online chat support. Within minutes all was resolved.

While some might think that a seamless purchase and activation would be the ideal, I was strangely more encouraged by the initial failure and quick human response.

The product itself worked as promised.

Support staff Kylie was great but why do I have to contact support to get my activation key? Why is not in the email instead of "*************"?

Won't allow you to re-install the program. I bought this program 6 months ago and had to re-install it onto the same computer after a hard drive crash. The activation failed and when I contacted support they said I need to buy a commercial version for $169 in order to re-activate it.

Purchased the PST Splitter tool which doesn't work. Issue resolved. (Archive was looked by Outlook) Support contacted me after my review at Trust pilot and assisted me in solving the issue.
The software does with needs to do but support can be improved.

Thank you KDETools! I personally used OLM to PST converter. It was a great software to solve my problem without losing any information and this software works very well.

The app and the people behind it are great. I have been using the KDETools Zimbra to Outlook and it's simple, good looking and has everything I need. Worked great. Fair price and solved my problem.
