DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Paid for item that was never delivered. No one picks up the phone.
I actually went to the offices (which are under the name of another company, selling kitchens) and left my details with a lady. They seemed shifty and tried to give some excuses as to why i had not received anything. I left my details and was told i would be called back.
I never heard anything and no one answers the phone or emails or messages. Im tempted to go to small claims court as it look like a lot of people have fallen foul of this company. SHAME!

I purchased an item which was never delivered, when I eventually managed to speak to someone at KDR they said that the item was no longer stocked. They said I would get a full refund, I am still waiting for the refund 4 weeks later and they are now obviously screening calls as they refuse to answer the phone anymore or return my calls.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AS I BELIEVE THEY ARE A OUT AN OUT BUNCH OF CONMEN.

I purchased an item which even after 2 weeks had not arrived. After an email exchange they said they would post out an alternative. Still nothing - I doubt it was even sent. Very reluctant and slow to issue a refund so a paypal case was opened. Very poor service.

I ordered from them and paid for next day delivery. I am still waiting a weeklater. They never answer the phone or respond to E mails.

I ordered some spindle sleeves and they were never delivered. They don't answer their phone. They don't reply to emails. This company will STEAL your money. DO NOT USE THEM

This purchase was an out of stock item which I was billed for and have been trying to get the money credited back for a month, I phone and always go to answer phone where I ask them to phone back which they never do.
Don't use this firm online in my opinion I think they are scam artists.

Ordered and paid for fittings and they haven't arrived. I have left emails and telephone messages but no one returns calls or answers emails! Scammers

I ordered some locks as pricing very competitive. I needed to change address and called up and got a quick and helpful reply that they would change it. But locks have never been delivered and impossible to get through to them now - even answer phone is full so can't take any more messages....
