Nearly a month later waiting for refund.

I was super excited to work along side KD wholesale as one of my new distributors. However, it's been lie after lie from the beginning. CONTEXT: I ordered over the weekend in May and cancelled a few hours later. Apparently I couldn't cancel as it was in transit, then it was we can refund you less a delivery charge, then it was refund is coming 2-3 days and the most recent, our boss is out of town so we can't refund yet. I have been waiting since the 21st May for my refund jusr short of £500. Terrible way to treat customers. My bank has now started a chargeback.

Your order was placed and dispatched promptly as per our standard process. Unfortunately, when you decided to cancel the order after it had already been shipped, this required us to pay transportation costs both for the original delivery and for the return of the goods — which is why you were charged twice for shipping. This policy is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, and we believe it is a fair practice since these are actual costs incurred with the third-party shipping provider due to the cancellation.

We also wish to confirm that your refund has already been processed, deducting the necessary transportation fees in line with our policy. If you have any questions about the refund or if there is any outstanding balance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly — we are more than happy to assist.

Finally, we kindly request you to reconsider and remove this negative review, as it does not fully reflect the facts of the situation. We always do our best to be transparent and fair with all our customers, and we hope you understand the reasoning behind these charges.

I can't rate these people highly…

I can't rate these people highly enough, so friendly and accommodating, it's really helped my business in the short time of knowing them, nothing is too much trouble, excellent range of products, excellent pricing, helped me expand my range of products at a pace that I'm happy with, which is leading to my business becoming more of a success, massive thank you to the whole team, every time I visit it's a fantastic experience.

Very happy with my order.

I ordered some trays that are very difficult to obtain. The were a very good price and arrived within two days. I hope that I can be ordering more in the future.
Shah was very helpful and very good communication.

very bad experience with kd wholesale…

very bad experience with kd wholesale because of bad customer support and due to non professional behavior. i purchased the items many times in bulk but not received the complete order . and when i contact with them they did not like to answer me. And they sent us the wrong address invoice due to which we had to bear the loss.

Racist

The managers in this store are racist and very rude. The guy in a turban took one look at me and told me to leave after assuming I do not have a sellers permit.

Meanwhile the same week a friend of mine bought a series of things from them without a permit.
We drove 45 minutes across London to spend money in their store and was rejected. So since my money is not good enough for them their store won’t be good enough for anyone else. If your a POC avoid, there’s other business that deserve your money.
