The reason I’m not giving Keap four stars yet is because of errors in importing my contacts, lack of true email integration (past and future emails) so that I can see all my client communications in a single place, and similarly, the lack of social messaging integrations, as so many of my client communications happen with direct messaging.

When I was introduced to Keap by a client, I thought, "Here we go with another CRM full of fluff." To my surprise it was an amazing experience. The software makes sense as you drag and drop activities to put together campaigns that resemble your business' sales and marketing. In addition, the support you get is prompt, intelligent, and courteous. I have never waited on hold. Every representative is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Most calls are 15 minutes or less because the software is user-friendly and I usually have it done correctly. So easy you think you've done it wrong! I love Keap and so do my clients.

It's so easy to get quick support! I've worked with so many different softwares and Keap's support is the best I've found! When You Really Need Qualified Support - Keap is There!
I am a long-time Keap (Infusionsoft) user and primarily use it to send out my monthly magazine. I recently worked with the Keap support team's Jared to figure out how to create an archive of those publications, so they weren't just ephemera. An amazing solution for a tricky thing to do.
And of course, I forgot how we did all those amazing things when I needed to do the same thing for the next month's issue. Since Jared was in a meeting, I worked "flat footed and solid cold" with Ty, a young woman who was up for anything and fully armed with a brain that knew how to think things through.
We Zoomed together so I could show her my challenges, and she hunkered down and figured out the answer to my problem. With no previous work with me. I am a master teacher, a PhD, and an experienced Keaper. I do not suffer fools gladly. Ty is no fool. I didn't realize she was of the relentless figure-it-out warrior tribe until she figured it out. Amazing and fine work to behold. I'm so proud of her and thankful for this caliber of support from Keap.
Support was very helpful
Both of my support experiences this week - chat and phone - were helpful and thorough. Agents were friendly and helped resolve my issues. However, the chat function seemed available when it was not (the night previous to connecting to an agent) - I was #1 in line for 30mins and realized they probably don't offer 24/7 but also don't turn off the chat function. Also, my issues could have been resolved on my own if the developers made it easier to update your own account and billing info...
Helped Me Fix My Campaign
I was having trouble getting a campaign to operate correctly. I called support. The tech jumped onto our application, took a look, made the necessary icon changes and then talked me through how the campaign would work and why it needed to be set up in the manner he used.
Now the campaign works perfectly. All of this was handled in under 10 minutes.

Since you can't customize the calendar or forms, which isn't a question I'd ever think to ask before signing the contract, I canceled in 5 days and they not only won't issue a refund, but are charging me the $299 cancellation fee. I'm disputing it with my credit cards but the aggravation is insane and speaking to any of them is like speaking to high school kids.
UPDATE*** After tremendous complaining and screaming, I have received my refund in full after having contacted the owner.
