Food is great but the food is not ready when you go to pick up 30 minutes later. This is the third time now they "didn't see our offer in their system when we go to pick it up, even though it clearly went through. Then they want to make other orders ahead of ours even when we show them our order confirmation email, order number, and we.wete charged. Location and website was correct. Their whole attitude is that they don't care and it's not their fault even though we ordered directly through their own website.

When Visiting the Hamrun, shop, the service was adequate. However, when I had order two mixed doner boxes for take away, the server combined the meat in one box for myself and wife, which is ridiculous. Furthermore the meat was very dry and hard to swallow. However, the salad was the best tasting part of the meal, which again is this not the reason you go to a Kebab shop. It would help to try and have consistency across all shops when delivering or at your shops. Example when vivisting McDonald's no matter which country or location you visit the standard is the same.
