When I first recieved the package during Christmas-Time from a relative, who lives in the USA and brought it to me, because the shipping costs to Germany are way to high, I was overly happy about the quality, the over all look and the RGB lighting, which looked really sick, but after I assembled everything, I noticed that the "G" Key wasn't working correctly and so I expected the worst since I have a two year warranty, but I would have never believed in a second that they would send me a replacement PCB to Germany, because of the high shipping cost, but I was utterly wrong. After showing them the location of the short-circuit on the PCB, they send me a replacement and I didn't even have to send the faulty half back. On top of that I recieved the package in a record-breaking time of 4 days from USA to Germany.

These guys charge my credit card without authorization, this is dangerous.

Purchased a keyboard kit.
The package arrived nicely packed with padding. No damage whatsoever. All materials were brand new and fully working.
Price is reasonable for this niche market.

The website contained all the necessary and detailed information to mount and configure the keyboard.

I bought a pre-built Iris split keyboard from them and it arrived less than 2 weeks later (shipped to the UK), which was much quicker than I expected and a pleasant surprise. The keyboard itself is built just fine and working great. I would easily recommend these guys to anyone.
