Customer support probably sits around all day LITERALLY sucking ass. It doesn't exist. My product took a month to arrive.

Ordered 2x wk870. Both arrived quickly and nicely packed but one had about 11 defective keys and I was hoping for any sort of help or service but after one message with 0 desire for help they stopped responding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I received my money back after 3 weeks of waiting
I paid for my order and have been waiting for 3 weeks. There were no updates about the delivery.
The support team on the website doesn't respond to me. I wrote to Instagram. First, they answered, but stopped responding when I asked about the delivery.
Only when I wrote a couple of reviews and reported an issue to Visa, I received my money back.

The quality is good and everything about it but It just took 1 month to arrive. I got the Soulcat to the Universe keycap set and it arrived in around a month or so. 10/10 would recommend
