trying to scam me out of a 250 dollar kit
Jerry Chu from Customer service is telling me that my package, which has been lost in transit for 4 weeks, is not his problem because I did not purchase their custom shipping protection, which is only supposed to be for porch pirates.
I have reported them to paypal.
They are supposed to agree to send a replacement ore refund you if the package gets lost.
but something about the shipping time and package being lost seems fishy- they may even be running some sort of fraudulent USPS package scan in scam
