Very professional service compassionate staff highly recommend

From the first contact, I found Kenneth Keegan’s to be highly efficient while being compassionate. They understood our needs and made useful suggestions without pushing us into ordering any unnecessary services. There were a couple of personal touches that really helped my family at what was a very upsetting time. They helped absorb a lot stress. While cost was not at the forefront of arranging the funeral, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the final bill. I would highly recommend using this company.

Whilst my mother was in their care, I was treated with kindness, dignity and respect from all members of the team I engaged with, including Kenneth, Stewart, Gordon, Alan and Janice. From the moment they took Mum into their care to her final journey the staff were so kind, understanding and compassionate. The staff gently guided us through the process and did not miss one detail. Mum’s funeral was perfect, from the flowers, to the coffin to the songs picked. It was a beautiful day and Kenneth Keegan made that possible

The care, compassion and advice given by Gordon Powrie and the other staff members was exceptional and a great comfort to myself & our family regarding the passing of our mum.

I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Kenneth Keegan to anyone who finds themselves in the situation of having to arrange a funeral.

Nothing was too much trouble, any questions were answered quickly and clearly, and we have several calls from Gordon just to check on how we were coping - these small personal touches were most definitely missing from a previous funeral arranged via a national firm.

My thanks to Stewart for all his help taking care of my daughter & previously my mum & son. Although it’s been a traumatic time for us as a family we can’t thank him enough for all the help & support he’s given to us including Libby our amazing humanist who gave a fantastic service. They are so experienced & caring that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Kenneth keegans undertakers were so helpful, Stewart supported me and family through my sons funeral with every step as I had never had to deal with a funeral before, always asked how we were in emails and on the phone, they helped with my dads funeral arrangements a few weeks later Stephen helped with all of he details as well, will use them again when needed

Great staff very helpful. Treated us magnificently and with respect. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.
