Great bottle. It’s true what they advertise, no chemical taste whatsoever, just pure water taste. I have it now for half a year and gave it also as a present to a biking friend who loves this bottle as well. I also use it on hiking trips. Looking forward to the moment that Keego has a drinking pack available. I would order it immediately.

My bottle started leaking at the seam after only a couple months of use. However with the excellent customer service I was sent a replacement without further questions. I even got a different color that I wanted.

I had a Keego water bottle and unfortunately encountered an issue with the product. I contacted the Keego team and they replaced it immediately with a new one, thanks a lot.

Been using Keego bottle for a few months. What I love about it is complete lack of plastic smell which I hate in case of my bike plastic bottles. Design is great, and it is easy to drink from.
I do also have a very pleasant experience with Keego customer service. Very kind, responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a bottle and was thrilled with its quality and ease of use!
One day, I noticed tiny bubbles beneath the material and promptly reached out to their support team. They promptly addressed the issue, explaining it as a quality problem and sending me a replacement bottle without any further questions.

They truly understand the importance of excellent customer service!

The measuring page - confusing, the order? 3/4 inch off and a flaw in the pleat. I'm out $450. Go anywhere else that actually backs their products. Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Amazon Prime... ANYWGERE else - CA Business but blinds are from China and apparently measuring your opening isnt good enough. You have to add half an inch if its an inside mount because they subtract half an inch to insure it fits?

I've bought 3 of these and have come to think of them as indispensable. I bought one originally for cycling but now carry it everywhere and bring it to bed(no need to sit up to drink, no drips). It's nice to know I'm consuming fewer microplastics. Also, the customer service is prompt and excellent.

Had some issues with my bottles but it was handled superb by Keego. Very happy with their service and product!

I have to say I’m very disappointed, I tried posting review on keego site but it did not let me submit it, I went through official link and filled everything and submit button did not work, I leave the possibility open that there was a browser issue, as I only tried posting on one browser (maybe they only accept reviews after shorter time of use which is kind of useless in my opinion both for consumers and company working on improving products -assuming that’s the case).

Everything seemed to be fine on beginning I was very happy with the product, I thought the idea and concept of it was great disassembles well to clean, mouth piece design etc., apart from some cosmetic scratches on the outside (made worse by gravel riding and carbon bottle holders which I found out are bad idea generally).

After 5 months of nearly everyday use, this morning when I was pouring warm/hot water at low pressure into bottle to prevent it from freezing during subzero ride, I noticed a lot of metal flakes in the water, I tried washing the bottle out with cold water quite a few times but what remained/freshly flaked off is included in the picture, when I finally accepted it’s a presistent problem. I did try to use another bottle which was sitting more idly for month or two, and I also noticed metal flakes washing with cold water and similar peeled off bottom :(.

Safe to say it ruined/shortened my “to be” extended morning commute, troubleshooting and thinking of it. I mean who would prefer to drink water with metal flakes of potentially unknown composition/properties especially when near physical limits of an intense ride.

I only ever washed bottles with water after use, and let them dry on air, no tools of fabrics of any kind, most agressive thing I put in bottle was powdered carbohydrate/electrolyte mix without any citric acid. So I suspect it’s a design flaw. Maybe titanium is not in 1 piece, some kind of powder put into plastic molds and fused together and/or electroplated afterwards or that’s normal behaviour of solid thin piece of (beta?) titanium, I for sure would like to know more about reasons for this.

I expected more from a bottle that gives appearance of sustainability and health consciousness. I got it precisely to avoid plastic and any kind of mold buildup, where this bottle excelled, I also hoped I would almost never have to replace it. I hope move fast and break things motto that many companies like to use doesn’t apply to our health here.

Edit: After contacting company, they have sent me 2 bottles free of charge (as replacement of 2 which I was using with coating flaked off) and seem to have acknowledged that coating might have been at fault due to manufacturing defect. I’m happy the company made the attempt to improve user experience, but still remain sceptical on how new bottles’s coating might preform. Thus I give them updated rating of 2 stars for now.

One bottle which was less deteriorated started creating bubbles under coating (maybe it’s a coincidence but there was a cold snap of about -5*C when deterioration accelerated, today/yesterday there were a lot more larger flakes at temperatures about -10*C to -6*C) - it was used only with cold water and no direct water jets on bottom. Visually at least the new bottles seem to be same as ones used. I will only use them after temperature is in positives, to see if it makes a difference as an experiment (I might even switch bottle cages), and will make an update on how they performed probably in few months.

I bought 3 bottles as presents and one was returned to be changed for another colour. I have used my bottle now numerous times and am very happy with the experience. Above all I praise their customer service.

The production burnt down, but they still made it to deliver in time. Great service and great product. I bought it as a present and may buy one for me now as well :)

The company is having production issues beyond their control, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result I was frustrated with a delayed delivery. Customer support explained the situation and saved the day. I’m a returning customer, product is great.

I've had the Keego bottles since January 2024 and I coudn't be happier. Unfortunately over the years I've noticed my previous bottles developed mold or very unpleasant smell/taste, which didn't always go away even when cleaning with the verious special products. With Keego, I haven't had any issues so far even though I am not the best at immediately cleaning the bottles after each ride. Moreover, their CS and social media teams are always really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very positive experience using them for multi days bike rides where you can't properly clean the water bottles every day but they still remain tasteless and there is no mold growing in it as for regular plastic bottles.

My partner got 2 when the craze started, they have been hard to clean and the squeezing was difficult, just so not worth it, safe to say the bottles have been binned 😢 just poorly thought through product I'd give less than a ⭐ for this

If you are delaying your purchase due to the price....don't!! I procrastinated for a good while before I committed, but don't regret the purchase. I wanted a bottle for cycling that had no micro plastics and would last. This bottle fits the bill perfectly and looks good on the bike as well. I would recommend the extra flow nozzle as the bite holding ring helps when cycling. it is also easy to clean as the mouthpiece separates into two different parts easily. The customer service was excellent and I received the bottle in good packaging and fast, straight from Keego. I have since bought more as gifts for friends. Great product and great service, keep it up Keego.

The bottles are doing exactly what I expect from them. The taste is very good, even after a hours, even in a hot summer day’s ride. My boyfriend and I both change to Keego and now I can not imagine going back to plastic ever again. Thank you Keego! 😊
