Needed to return a product under…

Needed to return a product under warranty and Keene were so helpful and made the process pain free and extremely quick. Their customer service is excellent and they even refunded the return postage the same day I returned the product.

I'm really sorry about your expereince.

I have looked into this for you and it turns out that the product you ordered is a product which is drop shipped direct from the manufacturer! So there was a delay with them and they did not notify us of the delay to let you know.

I'm very sorry about this and we have raised our frustration with them and are looking at our ways of working together to avoid this happening again in the future.

I contacted Keense with a technical query and they were able to respond promptly and positively.
I subsequently placed an order for their:
KLAB Gen 2 Digital In-wall Stereo Bluetooth Amplifier - Model Bluetooth with rear line aux input.
I have been impressed with the functionality of the product and the product support, having requested help to configure the web based control page for the Amplifier.
Overall experience was first class.
Glad to buy British too.
