We were able to look at everything and get an idea of what we wanted and Eric was great! He helped us through the entire process and got us what we wanted! This is the second time buying from them and I’m coming back for another soon! So many choices and different styles!

He was a really funny guy and was straightforward with me I was nervous going in but once I sat down and we got to talking he had me laughing and made it a good experience purchasing from here

Not a very good experience so far. Got the concrete included with the storage shed, financed and paid quite a bit down, but then once it was sold no communication. First was told they would handl getting the tconcrete pad installed but I would handle the permit. If course cannot get permit until I have prints for the shed. Waited two weeks and heard nothing, called Keens and could not get ahold of the seller always with a client. Finally got back with me and he told me that I was the one that had to get the concrete man out there and once I got the padthen they would install shed, ok got it. I told them I still need permit to get started and the prints. Seller said that they would be emailing them that they d he was with a client that hedwere ready. Been almost a week and still no prints, concrete man showed up and said he was ready but needed permit. So I called seller, they said he would call back, never has. Its going on a month now with little or no communication. So beware of Keens, will not but from them or deal with them again.

Mr. Wayne Mason is very knowledge about the bldgs, including manufacturing. We were easily able to make alterations in the design and specific changes to the plan. We changed windows and doors, bld height, placement of outlets and light fixtures. He answered every question and offered valuable insight and recommendations based on what we told him we wanted. We were also extremely pleased with the price. Great Job!! Highly recommend Mr. Mason and Keen's Buildings.

We thought the whole process was way to fast and easy. Its because it was. We were told what we wanted to hear so the salesman could make his fast commission. My wife and I were told we would have pigtailed, plug and play electric which is not the case at all. I was told by the finance company we would be supplied with paperwork upon delivery of the unit as well with payment options and setting up our online account. I guess that fell out along the way because we never received it either. Now im stuck with an 8k building im going to have to spend more on for the electric to work and no clue how to start paying on it. Avoid Keens or at least the Perry location.
