Great service all round.. ordered a table online, staff contacted me to advise of six week turnaround time. I was kept informed throughout the time and when I needed to change dates they were very accommodating. On the day of delivery I was called to say they would be with me in 30 minutes - 2 friendly and courteous guys arrived and set up my dining table and took away all the rubbish. ( I was not aware this was part of the service)
I would highly recommend this store.

My wife and I bought several items of furniture last week. All members of staff we spoke to were both knowledgeable and helpful. In addition they were very pleasant people to talk to. We have been around many shops looking for what is right for us. I have to say, Keen's has good quality furniture at prices we are prepared to pay.

Sofa and furniture delivered today.Really delighted with the service, the items were delivered with care and all packaging was removed and taken away all within just over two weeks of purchasing. Thank you .

I can’t give Keens or their staff enough stars!

Peter and the lady at Keens have been so helpful on multiple occasions. After being let down terribly by EZ Living Interiors in Belfast, Keens pulled out all the stops to get our sofa out of the shop and loaded into the van that same day. Their warehouse guys dismantled the furniture and loaded it perfectly into our van, all whilst looking at stylish as their furniture lol

Proper decent people, passionate about their products and a breath of fresh air compared to the lacklustre service we received by other stores.

Fantastic service, cannot recommend enough.
