A litle trouble with a reseller to sign in but quickly solved by customer service in a matter of minutes. I recommend it.

The support team is really good.
I had a problem because I was downloading very slowly.
I send a message to the support and they quickly responded and guided me with screenshot to improve my downloading speed.

Excellent site, fast customer service and superb functioning of the signing page, pretty much instant access to premium, downloads are also perfect. I recommend it.

3 day paying may be good

Have been using it for years and always have been satisfied about the service. Though I was unpleasantly surprised a few moments ago when I wanted to renew my 3 month membership and saw the price was raised by 25 Euro's (27 USD) ! I love the service, and due to it being so short term I will extent it one more time; but Im going to orientate myself to find a new service. These prices hikes are getting out of hand.

In the beginning I chose the premium version but then wanted to upgrade to premium pro since you get 5 times the traffic limit and it's not much more expensive (therefore I recommend this). Due to temporary payment issues I contacted customer support and they were very quick in replying and offered a good solution. The last three weeks I had premium pro and no issues, everything worked fine.

In case of any issues (like JDownloader2 messing with captcha requests), support is very fast reacting and friendly.

I got a nice surprise with keep2share, it works perfect, fast impecable downloads even on HD K4, new releases available pretty much the same day that the original website, even old gems I found available to download, on windows 10 I can download several videos at the same time (simultaneously) and same speed, really amazing. I am glad I signed in premium.

i HAVE been trying to renew the premium service unuccesfully. This used to be so easy. Now the process is very confusing and I WONT use the currentpayment methods as they seem untrutworthy and expensive, When I can simply use a credit card I will resume. Dont trust the resellers method and dont want to use Crypto either as I dont understand it and have no intention in learning about it...also, why should I be expected to pay extra resellers fees? and the instructions are completely confusing. Gave up in the end...I bet you have lost a huge amount of business. I received a reply rom K2S about using crypto but it might have well have been written in Chinese. No idea what it meant. Way too complicated. I will wait until I can use an easier method like Paypal or Credit Card before using again. Until you fix, I will not be using your services...unfortunately as I love the service

Once I contacted the re-seller , the problem was fixed quickly and easily.

K2S is the #1 file-hosting site and has many great features.

Will want to continue my subscription with them.

I like K2S because the downloads are quick, the content comes from many websites absolutely free. The support staff are also very helpful. What I don't like is that it is very difficult to renew their service. I have to use third part resellers who always over charge. Recently however K2S has offered to refund the difference in extra days of service

i purchased 1 year subscription 10 days ago without promotion. than i saw on the k2s site %10 extension as promotion. i mailed to support team for this extension. they respond quickly and add %10 days to my account. i want to thank support team.
