Keepcalling = best quality and price
I have been using keepcalling for over a decade. It's not because the rates are so low, but because the call quality is the clearest. I usually use it to make calls from US to Europe. Also, it has proven to be extremely useful for me to be able to make calls between countries in Europe. I use it with wifi when overseas, but in the US I prefer to call offline by using the native cell number. There is no other service I tried that came even close with the quality and price of keepcalling. I will be using it probably until the day I die.
