This is such a great company to deal with - fabulous customer service. When I've contacted these guys I get a 'proper' and prompt reply - no copy and paste emails, but a friendly, personally written email. I totally recommend and will deffo use this company again!!
I thought the idea of getting mugs made in a range of jolly colours with the slogan of your choice was superb, and ordered eight as Easter presents...but didn't hear a thing from the company (apart from their taking payment for the order)
That was back in April, and I sent fruitless emails every fortnight or so - until I eventually got a reply a couple of weeks ago (mid July!)...and an apology and a promise to post and track my order...and the box arrived yesterday!
So thank you very much - the mugs are great and the belated customer service was perfect :)
