Love the products, especially the dishwasher tablets.

Very prompt delivery,easy to use and store. Does what it says! Great humour on the packs!

I purchased the degreaser and bathroom cleaner and despite following the instructions both clogged up and broke the spray head of my cleaning bottles. Not impressed. Despite being eco friendly I now have to dispose of the plastic spray heads and purchase new ones. More plastic in landfill

In response to "keepitmack" very rude response I want to clarify a few things. It was the fat bouy and the kitchen and bathroom all rounder I was referring to. They were bought from an Irish online eco retailer, hence why you have no record of me purchasing. And my local recycling facilities do not accept bottle trigger sprays for recycling! Then if you would like to read a bit more carefully the other 1 star review I gave was for a completely different shop! Not your business.
You are really not doing yourselves any favours with a response like that to a genuine review. Really rude and poor customer service

I cannot review the actual products as still waiting for delivery.

I was told that an item was out of stock, I was given the option of recieving the remaining order but chose to wait as it was only a short delay to receive all together.

This delay ended up being much longer than expected - I ordered on the 5/5/25 and evri received my order on 24/5/25.

I started using Mack a long time ago but stopped for three reasons. The first, the products were just too inconsistent and on contacting them I was always told they had issues with ingredients. The second was their poor despatch times. An order could take days to be sent. The third is their service. Whilst they have always addressed the issues with product quality, sending replacements. Trying to get hold of them is shocking.
I have recently returned to use their laundry powder, which I do think is very good. I placed an order on 7th May and it still hasn’t been despatched. I have contacted them in e mail and social media a number of times since 14th May and finally had a response 2 days ago to apologise and give the ‘ingredient issue’ excuse. I responded with a question and still no response. If the company responded in a timely fashion, or were proactive in contacting customers that have already paid for goods they cannot supply this review would be different.

I love these products and love, love that they are chemical free.

I love the Mack to Rimfinity toilet cleaners, they smell great and clean so well. I've had excellent customer service too.

The washing powder is brilliant, the best eco powder I’ve ever used, and the most affordable. Lovely jasmine scent.

Love these products. The Dr Dren is really good. Clears blockages without nasty chemicals. Laundry powder is far better than the sheets which are rubbish. Am happy with the other cleaning products I use. No chemicals far better for me and my dogs that I don't have to worry about what their pads are absorbing when they walk across the recently cleaned floor!

I recently purchased the Mack Big Pod Bundle and Mack Laundry Detergent, after researching my choices of eco cleaning. Mack appealed to me as it offered the best value for money for someone starting the journey, and affordable options when topping up on cleaning essentials. Included in my bundle were 6 cleaning bottles for life, to use with the bio pods, to get me started, and I have been amazed by how much space has been freed up in my cupboard by reducing all the cleaning products I used, to what I essentially need which is covered by Mack’s Bio pods. I have been converted, and will be continuing my journey with buying Mack bio pods in the future, as and when I need them, and the Bio pods are great, 😀 Happy Days.

Good price, received on time. Only just started using it so will see how it works longer term but so far it looks pretty good.

Amazing customer service, the package arrived damaged, I tried to chase the delivery company, no action was taken. Contacted Mack, they replaced right away. Also pleased with clean dishwasher tablet. Much better than other eco brands where silicone washes out grimey and doesn't smell like bleach or detergent like the generic brands. Am a total convert.

Easy to order and arrived quickly.
Problem with the spray nozzle not working but a replacement was sent straight out.
The limescale bathroom cleaner unfortunately doesn’t work for me but I do live in a hard water area so do need something heavy duty so not the products fault.

There was an issue with the stock for my order at the warehouse. I got a call from Ian, the co-founder, who said they had stock at HQ and could drop some off. Brilliant. Oh, and the products are all fantastic too. Great performance, great for the environment. Couldn't be happier.
