Made an order more than a week ago and shoes have not even been sent to me. Due to a lot longer delivery time than promised when making the order, I want to cancel the order.

5 days now since I have reached out the customer service and still no answer at all.

Please be careful and don’t order from here! They took the money also from me already.

I ordered a pair of sneakers July 9th. The money was taken out of my bank account immediately.

On their website it says 24 hours delivery. July 15th I got a message back on my request telling me it was not 24 hour delivery on this particular size of sneakers.

When checking the website again it shows 24 hour delivery, even if I click on the size. However there is a small dot with these words and a similar small dot with a size that probably isn't ordered very often. Quite misleading I would say.

July 19th I wrote a message with this content
1) asking when I could expect the delivery
2) telling them that it is illegal according to Danish law to take the money of my account before sending the product. (The website was Danish speaking).
2) Requesting to cancel the order and have my money back, if it wasn't possible to send them within 3 days.

It is now July 26 and I have had no reply at all on this message aside from an automated reply that they have received my request July 19th.

I finally received them July 31st.

Purchased a sneaker and it arrived in no time. Fast and very nice to buy.

I was very afraid to shop here because i saw some really bad reviews From people saying they deliver very late and that the shipping is not great, i decided i would give it a shot and maybe they were doing better, unfortunately it happened to me aswell, i order 2 weeks ago and the shoes are not even being sent... Its sad because i could have ordered from another website with shipping in 3 days, i would prefer that the store would have put the shoes as "not available" instead of making customer wait for weeks, its supposed to be a gift for my gf birthday in august and im pretty sure its not coming on time..... Could just say not available and i would have gone to other store, the 15% discount, ON THE NEXT PURCHASE, the ower sent an email with is a lame solution, im never ordering from this website again, the best you could have done is return the money or atleast 10% of what i spent on the shoes not making me wait so long. As a first time buyer, i will def not do it again, be honest, DO better.
