My experience with keepkey has been fantastic. The chrome extension was a breeze to navigate and the process of setting up my keepkey and transferring my first Eth took less than ten minutes.
The material feels premium and sleek.
The included USB cable is cloth wrapped and feels very sturdy.
The included seed phrase card is a thick card stock.
I love that this product has maintained usability while providing security. The on-board shapeshift feature is a great example of this.
The keepkey comes highly recommended.

Our experience was good. However, the requirements of communicating exclusively with Google Chrome is NOT well taken. Keepkey must maintain its independence as a product that is designed to deliver security and piece of mind. Dependency on highly suspicious applications like Google Chrome takes away from security and piece of mind that was intended.

After using paper wallets for a couple of years the Keepkey is a welcome upgrade, I would suggest making 2 paper backups of the 12 word seed then setup the keepkey wallet and send $1 of btc to it then follow the instructions to first wipe your Keepkey and then re-install the wallet back if everything is working correctly you should see the $1 btc balance. this is just extra peace of mind that your seed works and builds confidence in the process. just keep the paper seed backups in two separate extremely safe places.

KeepKey is wonderful. Owning a Trezor and a Ledger, I'd say its a great combination of the two. It provides a clean and easy-to-use interface, as well as simple setup. More importantly, reading up on KeepKey's security protocol has me feeling extremely safe, and I feel that is its most significant benefit. Being open-source, its code can be reviewed and subjected to testing. I've also had the pleasure to ask KeepKey's customer service a few questions before purchasing. They answered my questions promptly and thoroughly, and when all is taken into account, I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Service: No issues with the service, Even though i live in a foreign country and had some small issue initially getting the order through after payment, they were fast to reply and I got the keepkey fast.
Durability: the keepkey is a bit bigger than the trezor so more sensitivity to physical damage is to be expected. It can still be dropped from up high and works fine. As most mobile phones it will work after drying if having being submerged in water.
setup and usage: Easy to setup and use. because of the bigger size it is far easier to use than the trezor.
security of the gadget: very secure,
security of the packaging: Have tamper proof stickers which guarantee a seal, the packaging I recieved can't be accessed enough to get the keepkey out without damage to the package.

Overall it is top notch.

Easy to use hardware wallet solution for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Love the ability to store Bitcoins off the web with my own hardware vault. Just plug the USB into your desktop, complete your transactions, then remove and safely store the KeepKey.

I haven't used it for long but this is by far the most secure plan A/B and C that I have purchased to make my BC safe from the nasty people out there.

Great product easy to set up and use I have no problem recommending keepkey to everyone.

So far I have not been able to easily purchase bitcoin. I'm hoping as time goes on it will become more readily available to the general public. Frank

It's a very good product. The only thing that could be improved on in my honest opinion is the software itself( google chrome app at the time) Would be great if it found its way to other browsers and/or os in the future. Therfore i rate this 4 out of 5 stars
