Didn’t hear anything after the order confirmation email and eventually emailed them to get an estimation of delivery timelines and got a quick response saying delivery would be earlier than expected and after that communication was excellent. Not sure the box sizes were as stated on the website as I measured to make sure they would fit through my doors before ordering and when delivered they wouldn’t fit. Fortunately it was a dry day and so we unpacked them outside and managed to get them through the door without the packaging. Sofa is excellent quality and very comfortable so worth it.

Absolutely exceptional sofa and customer service. This company clearly cares about treating customers well and they are dedicated to doing so. Our sofa is very good quality, made to last, and stylish too. We wanted something made to last and I'm confident that this sofa will, even with a boisterous family of teenagers.
My only advice would be to carefully measure out the dimensions of the sofa you chose, because they are deep.

Excellent Customer Service! Brilliant quality sofa and it's absolutely bloody huge. Exactly what we have been looking for. Communication from customer service team was great, they answered every question and reached out to let us know our sofa of query was discounted. Delivery was arranged the next day for the following week and we were sent a tracker on day of delivery. The guys showed up, built the sofa and took every bit of rubbish away with them. 10000/10, would really recommend.

Not only is it unbelievably comfortable but from start to finish the customer service has been amazing. Easy, friendly communication, super fast delivery on a day of our choice and minimal packaging which was fully recyclable!
The colour fabric swatches made choosing the colour so much easier. We chose ‘soft plain - dove grey’. I was initially nervous having a lighter coloured sofa as we have a one year old however having already spilt a drink on it (oops!) I can confirm it easily wipes clean and looks good as new!
The feather cushions mould to your body making it so comfortable and gives a real luxurious feel!
Having already received many compliments from those who have sat on our sofa, we definitely wouldn’t hesitate in recommending keep sofas!

I recently purchased a 2 seater chaise and couldn't be happier with my choice. The sofa is exceptionally comfortable and of high quality. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

When the original delivery was refused by the delivery company due to size issues, the founder personally stepped in to ensure it was redelivered successfully. They went to great lengths to make sure it fit perfectly.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new sofa.
