I was surprised to see a subscription…

I was surprised to see a subscription charge that I didn’t intentionally sign up for. I reached out to the team, and Ann from the Escalation Team handled my concern with understanding and professionalism. She explained the policy clearly, but more importantly, she made an exception and processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciate the way Ann resolved the issue—quick, respectful, and customer-focused. Thank you for the excellent support!

Got a random email saying I started a membership. They took money from me when i never signed up. I’ve never seen the company either or even know what they do!
