I moved into my appartment 15/7-2025…
I moved into my appartment 15/7-2025 and the landlord told me that the hooks for the curtains and the battery for the fire alarm would be provided for me within a couple of days as he was not the original landlord and the other one was on holiday. He also handed me a move-in report so I could fill out other missing/damaged/wrong things. Besides that he told me that I should just write an e-mail with other stuff I found along the way. As of right now I have written them quite a few e-mails with stuff that needs tending to and called them about 4-5 times. The only answer I have gotten is that the hooks are "on their way" or that the people in the call center can leave a message for the landlord because there is no way I can talk the them directly. Last week I was promised that it would be taken care of this week at the latest. But surprise surprise nothing has happened... again. This is ridicules at best. I can't understand why these people can continue their operation when they litteraly just sit on their a**.
