I understand the variety of games to keep interest however if there can be a structure in completing each game allowing proof of progress that would be good...

I was charged an additional amount that I did not authorise. I signed up for the programme, only to realise within a minute literally that it was not what I had expected and was far too basic for my child.
I contacted the company immediately by email to request cancellation and a refund. Despite this, I was informed that their policy is that refunds are not available. This is extremely disappointing, particularly as I had used the app for no more than a minute and contacted them almost immediately after the payment was taken from my account.
As a single mother of two living on a low income, this unexpected charge is a significant financial burden, and I simply cannot afford to lose money on a service I did not intend to continue using and cancelled almost immediately.
In my experience, the app was of very little use, and the customer service I received was equally frustrating. I was unable to speak to anyone by telephone, and my interactions appeared to be entirely automated.
I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before signing up, carefully check the terms and charges at checkout, and be aware that obtaining a refund may prove extremely difficult, even when cancellation is requested almost immediately.

My child loves this app. We’ve tried a few apps and this one is by far the best. It keeps my child engaged within her attention span and has so many learning activities that my child likes to personally pick from because of how fun they are. This is a comprehensive app for necessary learning objectives and has printable home lessons as well. I also love this app because of how effective and fun it is for my child and am happy that we purchased the subscription.
