I bought a space heater

I bought a space heater, does not work as advertised, must ship to china for refund, cost more to return than heater cost. must be returned unused. can't know if it works if you dont try it. literally smaller than a loaf of bread...a small loaf of bread. complete fraud...don't buy this

BUYER BEWARE!!

Keilini is a RipOff big time. I was taken in by their ad on the internet and ordered the small outlet heater fir $60. Of course it's a piece of junk and is as effective as a dog breathing on you. Tried to return per the "hassle free returns", but have been getting the run around that they will email the return address, which hasn't happened. I have been calling for 5 days, but now I only get a voice-mail. Please, heed this WARNING! These people are foreigners who make their living scamming people with junk. They represent that they are an American Company, but it's a game and I fell for it. Please save yourself some grief and WALK AWAY!!!

It Looks Like I am One of Many!

It looks like I am one of many who have been scammed. If you are reading this post, and have yet to purchase something from Keilini, then I advise you not to. However, if you have, perhaps I can offer some additional information. Unlike many of the posted information you may read here, I didn’t buy a lightbulb external Camera. Instead, I purchased a $59.98, Keilini portable miniature wall heater. After completing the purchase, I was transferred to the confirmation page that displayed the message – “Your order is confirmed, We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” That was seven days ago and there hasn't been an update.

Today, I started an online investigation. I started with my credit card statement information. My credit card statement showed only one purchase of $59.98. Surprisingly, the name of the company that debited my credit card was not Keilini it was Zekear. Their web address is zekear.com. Their phone number is 833-949-1266, and their location is in NY. Unfortunately, my credit card statement did not have a street address. I visited their website and to my surprise, their website sells shoes almost exclusively. I ran a search on Zekear and found a lot of negative information. Including from two Better Business Bureau (BBB), websites: Zekear | Better Business Bureau® Profile (bbb.org), and Sursell | Better Business Bureau® Profile (bbb.org). What these two filings have in common is that they share the same phone number. You guessed it – 833-949-1266. The same phone number on my credit card statement. In both cases, the BBB has requested Zekear and the other business – Sursell to supply information regarding their refund policies and until now they haven’t replied. Apparently, they don’t like sending their product to the customer or returning money. In addition, I found two more online businesses using the 833-949-1266 phone number – Casekis, and Grishay they too have a long list of complaints.

Also, the BBB showed a different address than the NY location on my credit card statement. The other address is 5215 S Boyle Ave Vernon, CA 90058. I used my browser history to find the web pages I used to purchase the Keilini wall heater to verify the information. I found no information regarding Zekear on the Keilini web pages. I ran a search for Keilini and found additional information, including the Keilini Light Bulb Cameras website, I learned that the Keilini heater website and the Keilini Lightbulb camera websites shared the same phone information at the bottom of both home pages – Phone: (833) 503-1254 (9:00am-5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday). I also learned that Keilini sells shoes. The same styles as sold on the Zekear website. keilini shoes - Search Shopping (bing.com).

I purchased four their constantly going…

I purchased four their constantly going out and I have to put them all in. I rewired all of my Internet and Wi-Fi just so I can get all four of them to work. The cloud storage alone is ridiculously high priced and not worth it. Not to mention I’ve had these for about 3 1/2 going on four months and they never work. I can’t get them cameras to work. They’re all off-line all the time I don’t understand it and I know it’s not my Internet because, I’ve never ever had a problem with my Internet service! Definitely do not recommend these they might sound wonderful but they are eventually gonna cause problems. Plus they are not 360 like they say they are and they don’t detect faces for like 45 seconds the person has to actually stand in front of the camera and stare at it. Too bad I couldn’t get my money back because these are totally worthless not even to be given away or taken to a secondhand store because then you’re just screwing other people. And you can’t even download use the third-party cloud app because none of them will work with this Keilini lightbulb security cameras.

Wrong size, poor quality and have to return to China?

I ordered a pair of shoes that included a return policy if they didn't fit. The company address on the package is in California. The shoes were the wrong size and very poorly made. I am trying to return them but they are saying I need to ship them to China, rather than California, which would cost more than I paid for the shoes. Seems like bait and switch and they shouldn't be allowed to operate in the US.

TOTAL RIPOFF. DO NOT BUY.Saw that this company is attempting to…

Saw that this company is attempting to sell these “stained glass birds”. This is the third company I’ve seen selling these. THEY ARE NOT STAINED GLASS. I ordered them through another company with the same ad and product. Spent $70 on two of them. When they arrived they were cheap, thin metal with birds poorly printed on it. Again, NOT STAINED GLASS. I was told they would only refund $6 to $8. TOTAL RIPOFF. I keep seeing ads for these and it just PISSES ME OFF that there are people still getting away with this falsely advertised RIPOFF. They should be jailed. 🖕🏻🖕🏻

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. The contact number is not connected, the product and microchip are made in China. Still trying to get a refund. They claim that they are made in the USA or Canada-not true. They claim that they are shipped within 48 hours or receiving order-not true. Like another reviewer said: the tracking number disappears once it leaves mainland china. Would no throw your money away. They need to be taken off the web.

I purchased two bug zappers

I purchased two bug zappers. One of which the usb plug no longer works after being used twice. Cheap Chinese rubbish, and made out it was an Australian product being shipped from Sydney. What a rip off!! Don't buy anything from this company. All you do is lose your hard earned money and they don't care.

I emailed for support as I have yet to receive the cameras I ordered. I also have not gotten a response from Keilini re: the shipment. Please respond back as to when I will receive my order,#ST34055. I attempted to track my order but was redirected to a chocolate/fudge co.

Not US made!

Advertising makes it sound as if made in the US by a family in need. Come to find out it is made & shipped from China. I wish I would have known that prior to ordering. I thought it would be helping a family in need.

UNSATISFACTORY

The product was low quality but nicely made the problem was that the shoes (3 pair) were way too big. I was able to reach a human twice who read a script so quickly with such broken speech that I had no idea what he said. I tried again twice and was told the the same gobbliegook. ALL I NEED IS AN ADDRESS TO RETURN and no response is coming. I am afraid this is just a sham and if your order is not right, too bad america

Awful customer service

I wanted to return the product as it was not what I wanted and they only offered me a small fraction of what I paid in return or pay for return shipping. Very poor customer service! Never do business with them again!

Its expensive camera..!

Sometimes has a mind of its own and doesn't move with "motion" or " humanoid movements; also will get stuck in a position I didnt manually put it in.

Furthermore, it's not and all in one service. You have buy multiple services to get the most out of the camera and it gets expensive.

I also have 5 other cameras from a different company and for ONE price I get everything that your camera wants me to pay for separately.
