Had a wonderful time at the Queens Tennis courtesy of Keith Prowse. Paris my consultant has brilliant customer skills and is an asset to the Company. Will definitely be booking again.

The overall experience is good. But with such a nice event, maybe consider the ending to be hospitable and nice as well. After we come back from the last match, we were told by your team since the day we book that it will close at 7 or 7:30, we came back 6ish after last match, being told by every service team: no, bar is closed. Felt so unwelcome and rude! How nice just to use your last booze to give us a nice after party and farewell. This made us will NOT book with you again! Have a sour feeling till now!

The tennis was excellent the food was adequate and standard fare

The Pimm’s was diluted to a fizzy appallingly poor quality Pimm’s!!!
I won’t attend again unless I get an assurance that we get a bottle of Pimm’s in front of us as they make it.
The white wine was pure unadulterated rubbish !!!
Don’t you have a decent sommelier somewhere if he chose that for me I would fire her/him !!!

Ticketing was a nightmare. Needs to be simpler and better and more accurate info. If it needs a 10 page booklet on how to download tickets then it’s too complicated!! On the day the good was okay but not great, too many people in the hospitality area

Fantastic amenities and great seats at Queens

Excellent hospitality ( food, service etc) and really good seats. Couldn't have wished for better.

Well organised. Great seats. Food hardly memorable, but we were there for the tennis, not the meal and the tennis was great.

V poor service quality of food especially lunch was poor n afternoon tea seriously lacking in food One tiny scone per person!

Gone downhill significantly year on year

Experience was positive from the beginning to the end. Our sales rep, Beatrice, made the process easy and client friendly. The onsite team was very professional, hospitality room was great and organization spotless. Top marks. We will definitely be return customers.

What a magic day. The new "View" delivered. Its informal decor and atmosphere all came together to create a marvellous experience. The seats behind the baseline were as promised and hopefully reserved for 2026 Queens!! Thank goodness Katy chased me up to offer us the tickets.

Another wonderful tennis hospitality day at Eastbourne. Sophie made our booking, the LTA ticketing system was easy, the food, service and drinks, including Pimm’s was first class. The room in the Welcome Building was lovely and had the addition of a large patio overlooking the practice courts. We had great centre court seats too. What a fantastic day. Will be booking for 2026.

A lovely day at Eastbourne. Great organisation from Jonathan who made the booking process easy and met all our requests and the friendly and efficient Sky Lounge Team who served up some great food throughout the day.

Our group had a great day in the Roof Garden for Queen's SFs. Food, drinks and seats were perfect. Gemma was very helpful in ensuring our group were all seated together for lunch and for the tennis. Would highly recommend Roof Garden for Queen's.

Amazing experience while first time @ Queens. Superb hospitality at Club Lounge and unbelievable seats close to the action. The players were at arm reach literally. My agent is Jonathan - very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable - highly recommend him and Keith Prowse. We have been with KP to Wimbledon twice, as well unforgettable experience. Booked rugby in autumn, very much looking forward to it. Thank you Jonathan and the KP team!

Fantastic Queens Final day again. Club lounge was excellent with great food and service.
Our 4th year at this event and will be back next year.

Honestly we have been going to semi finals day of,queens with hospitality for years and this was the most disappointing. We missed game1 and accepted we would be in our seats for game 4. We were in such a long airless tunnel that time was called for game 4 and we were no way near the entrance. We missed the entire set stuck in a tunnel. A disgrace to say the least. This system must be improved. So so badly organised. Also the food this year was poorer quality too. Trying to be too fancy and failing. Overall a disappointing hospitality service. The service for drinks and food were very good and our seats when we managed to sit in them were also good.

Brilliant experience through Keith Prowse at Queen's Club this year. From purchase through to the hospitality provided on the day, the experience was seamless and professional. When there was an issue with one of the tickets, our contact at Keith Prowse stepped in and had the situation resolved within minutes.
