Great price for the products I wanted
Great price for the products I wanted, and easy to use website for ordering. Unfortunate series of mishaps around delivery which ended up a few days later than hoped (hence 4/5 stars) but friendly communication and great delivery chap who was very careful and professional. I look forward to live delivery tracking which I hear is in the pipeline!

Excellent service
I ordered breeze blocks and mortar for a wall which I needed urgently. The items were also cheaper than at other suppliers! Adam at Bath branch went out of his way to find me a very quick delivery time. It was delivered by Yate branch and a member of the team called me to let me know the delivery time. What great service and teamwork.

Ordered Cerney gravel 2 dumpy bags (amazing price I will add too!) over the phone to the Bridgewater site on Saturday and the process was smooth as butter and was able to select delivery for today (2nd April). It arrived by 11am although there were no delivery updates with a time slot but this didn't deflect from the top notch service provided. Gravel looks lovely and bags are generously filled! Won't go anywhere else for gravel and will order other things now from Kellaway! Thank you!

Ordered some sleepers and topsoil for some raised beds at 3am, by 10am the same day I received a very friendly call from Andrew to arrange delivery the same day. Perfect service. Especially considering the delivery charge was less than £5 which is unheard of for heavy goods. The driver actually knocked the door to pass paperwork and ask where we would like the delivery placed which has not happened when ordering bulky items from other companies they’ve followed a mere dump and run approach. Brilliant from start to finish.

Very Helpful!
Wanted to get a few slabs for the garden and will be honest, I never realised how heavy they were! The gentleman that delivered them was a great help, moving them as close to our side garden as he could so they were safely out of sight of the front gate.
Well pleased with the service and will definitely consider Kellaway when I need some more in the future!
