I used this company to fit and service my front door , before using company I had a door that allowed the cold through gaps, now I have a fully functional door that has no gaps, this has helpped with everyday living especially at hard time in society with cost of living, when the door needed servicing the company was very fast at responding, booking appointment and coming out to my property

I found staff polite and very professional and would recommend to anyone to use this company

Very poor communication with this company. Missed appointments to complete a job .

The gentlemen was on time the work was done very neat.The gentlemen cleared up all he's mess also left he's personal number and said if I have any problems with the work after i should contact him personally which I was very impressed with most workers tell you to contact the company

I have used this company for over 15 years, they are high quality with brilliant service. I recommend them to family and friends so a super company that you will have peace of mind.

They were quick at putting up my new door and the guys were lovely , definitely will be using them again

Please don’t use this company.Had some windows made by Henry and son 5 or 6 years ago.
The glass unit in the large skylight they made has broken down and steamed up. It’s been replaced once already
Even though I have the written guarantee they’ve changed names and couldn’t care less.

I too have been told that they will not cover my 10 year guarantee. Avoid as not a trustworthy company.

I have the owners signature on my receipt back in 2016 and they are subsequently switching their name to Kelly Glazing. When presented with this evidence, I was told best of luck raising a complaint. They are causing unnecessary damage to their reputation and brand but this is what poor companies do. Fleece their customers and leave them high and dry!

They are the former Henry & Sons trying to 'rebrand'. What they actually are trying to do is change their company name every few years so that they cannot honour their 10 year guarentee.

Became abusive after it spammed me with advertising mail that I said was a GDPR breach. A pathetic, unprofessional company who will probably treat you worse if you became a customer. AVOID.
