Using these modalities I support clients mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually through recognising and releasing the limiting beliefs that are holding them back, identifying their true life purpose and manifest the life they desire. I treat clients holistically, helping with many areas of life including, relationships, career, finances, trauma, fears and phobias. The aim of the sessions is to bring clarity, closure, a deeper connection, growth and freedom through restoring energy, calmness and peace to balance the mind, emotions, body and soul.

Coaching and EFT sessions with Kelly

I found my sessions with Kelly extremely rewarding and felt we had an instant rapport from the onset. Kelly is very empathetic and has a warm and friendly personality, easy to talk to whilst being sympathetic to my needs.
Her coaching sessions exceeded what I expected she was extremely knowledgeable in her field and helped me see the real potential in myself to set firm goals and take action to fulfil them.

During the first couple of sessions I felt a little out of my comfort zone however I know this was to push boundaries and to help me be the best version of myself.
I would highly recommend Kelly and thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. She is very interested in you as a person and allows you to feel valued. I felt Kelly really listened and helped guide me to understand my inner guidance and potential by standing in my own power and valuing my true self. I now have clear boundaries and goals thank you. 5 star rating ⭐️
