BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!

DONT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! I FINALLY received my order on Oct 16th after it was placed on August 16th well past my event date. Customer service is NOT helpful and gave generic responses. I decided to return 2 cheap looking items (one was as described) but because it took two months to get it, the website won’t allow me to request a return slip and guess what??? Now customer service is no longer responding..Per the website you have 14 days from the date RECEIVED to return. Guess they are going to hold off another 14 days so I can’t return. This place is a joke please don’t get scammed like I did. $146 GONE!

Do not order from this company! Ordered on 10/8/24…still waiting as of 10/22/24

Ordered on 10/8/24. Received an email on 10/16/24 stating that there was a warehouse fire. I immediately emailed back to inquire about my order…if order was still being shipped and/or receiving a refund if it was no longer going to be shipped.

Unprofessional automated responses and no responses to emails, messages and number they have listed to text. Contacting my bank to see if the transaction can be traced and if I can be issued a refund.

Don't order from them it's a SCAM

Don't order from them it's a SCAM. Please always read reviews first, I didn't with them and all this scamming ripoff artists do is send more emails with incorrect spelling trying to get you to buy more with their FAKE discounts. Only trying to get more of your money.

HORRIBLE. SCAM

HORRIBLE.. I placed an order on 9/27/24 and it’s 10/20 and I have not received ANYTHING! It hasn’t even shipped. Is this a real company???? And it is impossible to communicate with customer service BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ONE!! There is not a customer service phone # to actually call, just an automated text. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Let me start by saying that Kelly Obi has some beautiful pieces…. If you can ever get them . Don’t think about ordering something for an event because you NOT get it on time. I have three orders that I placed with them one being over three weeks ago. I just received a partial order and immediately have to send back send as it looks as if it’s made for a toddler. I have three open orders with them and totally disgusted with the automated responses.

Traaaaash company

Traaaaash company. Wish I had known. Ordered something a month ago and crickets. FINALLY got an email with some bs lie about a warehouse fire. This company is so trashy. Thankful I didn’t spend too much money cause at this point I’m just assuming it’ll never come. Never again.

I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE STORE EVERE AGAIN. I placed an order Oct. 1st and I'm still waiting for my order. I ordered a dress for my church 81st. anniversary. I get an email spill of a warehouse fire (for which i felt it was a lie) alone with a 25% off coupon on my next purchase...NO THANK YOU.

If i can put a no rating i would. This absolutely crazy that you would take people money and not send them the product that was puchased. I have reached out to you several times about 2 jackets i purchase in Sept. 26th 2024 and you took my money and state there is no orders showing from me. I sent this company my transaction statement showing them money was taken out my account and you still wont respond about my order. Be careful ordering and giving this company you money.

My Orders

I placed an order on Sept 15th and as if today October 16th I have only received part of the order. I have received a tracking number of the last item under this order number on October 5th and the updated keep changing. You receive bull crap messages from the company with lame apologies. Once I receive all my orders I am done with this company. They are advertising merchandise they do NOT have in their warehouse. Poor business tactics.

Thought I was being ghosted by these guys. I needed to return an item but I just couldn't get a response.
Today I got a brilliant response from a member of staff sorting out the issue. I'm very very happy.
I would highly recommed taking a look at this company.

Disrespectful delivery in sizing and packaging!

I'm having a hard time with returning the items that do not have any labels or size. I ordered large and they sent a size small. I am disappointed! I want a refund. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the order to arrive. They have a 14 day return policy but it took over 25-days for the order to be delivered. Also, it was delivered in a vacuum seal plastic bag. It was all balled up with hard wrinkles. It felt disrespectful to my money and purchase. Those hard wrinkles are hard to fall out. I'm disappointed in the experience and will keep you posted on how this turns out for getting my refund. I am disappointed with the experience.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. I didn’t get one outfit. The outfit that I did get didn’t fit according to the measurements on the website. I applied through their process to return it for refund and no one got back to me. And a sweater that I ordered as an XXL came in a XS and could probably fit on a child. No accountability. Stuff is not from NY - all Chinese knock offs. Don’t waste your money!

Placed an order from two items…

Placed an order for two items September 13 or 14. I followed up a couple days later. Customer service responded then, and assured me the dresses would be curated, obtained and shipped to me. However they did not give me any time frame. I followed up this past Friday, September 26,2024 and again today. They have ignored my inquiries. It's unfortunate that companies do this. And now I have to go through hoops to cancel this order and get my money refunded.
