I ordered some bingo books from this company that was on clearance on Amazon and was in stock at the time only for them to cancel my order 4 days later saying not in stock anymore, but when you go on the website they are in stock and so much more in price.

The bingo goods + a banner were for a village fundraiser.
We have never done this before (bingo) and never used this site so I was rather nervous.
The custom made banner arrived within 24 hours and the total order was filled by Friday - I raised the order on Monday morning.

The service was good, They even emailed me to say that one item was out of stock and what did I want them to do about it. But I still don't know what happened to Bingley Bingo Supplies. That was who I logged on to.
I was disappointed when I opened the envelope which should have contained 100 football forecast cards, only to find after counting them there was 95.
I contacted the sales section of kellyseye, and a very helpful gentleman said he would send the 5 missing tickets out to me, hopefully they will arrive soon. although its been a week since i last contacted them and as yet the missing 5 tickets have still to turn up.
Eye masks ordered for upcoming party. They arrived in a padded envelope and were not packaged as per the item description. Half were in the bag loose and a lot were marked and in general poor condition
Awful experience with this company. I was lied several times on the whereabouts and delivery dates of the items ordered (table legs x 2). After a month of lies I decided to cancel the order, since the delivery was returned by the courier (so they said) because nobody was home. The item was never sent in the first place! The refund arrived after several reminders and finally a threat under the Consumers Act.
