So reassurring that having purchased a piece of furniture a number of years ago you can still obtain replacement fittings. Door handle broke, ordered replacement which was reasonably priced and it arrived the next day. Very very pleased

Extra unit
My kitchen was already in my house when we moved in, but I wanted another unit to finish it of, emailed kelvin kitchens, they were very helpful my order was made up for me with all the extras needed to finish off the job, kept in touch by email until my unit was delivered, The two lads who delivered were polite and courteous.

Postage & packing fee unreasonable
I ordered a little bracket to replace a broken one on my wardrobe. It’s just a little thing. The postage and packing fee was about £7!
