The wonderful Kyle Graham corresponded with me through email when I had queries about my order, was really responsive and helpful, I couldn’t find a black rm Williams hat online in England and I don’t have any country stores that sell near me, kelvin graham was the only company I could find, shipping from Ireland to England was fine, I paid specialty delivery and it came the day Kyle said it would which I was so happy with as it’s for a birthday gift ! Really helpful team, my boyfriend loves the hat and was over the moon, I was worried about any hidden charges coming from Ireland and Kyle reassured me it’s fine and there wasn’t any hidden fees! Lovely team, if I lived near the store I’m sure me and my boyfriend would be in there occasionally! Thanks guys, wonderful customer service and quality products. Will be ordering in the future.

Kelvin Graham Menswear in Northern Ireland are surprisingly the only supplier in the UK to stock the trousers I wanted. I purchased 2 pairs, both were despatched within hours of my order being placed and were delivered within 2 days by Royal Mail. I made a mistake with one pair, ordering the wrong size. I conacted Kelvin Graham by email and the replacement size was dispatched within hours of my request. Communications throughout were very helpful and prompt.
