Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered three items and two didn’t fit at all. The quality is nothing like what’s shown in the photos, it feels cheap and poorly made, almost like a knockoff.

I contacted customer support to initiate a refund and the process has been a nightmare. The team has been unhelpful, and despite multiple back-and-forth emails, I still haven’t been able to start a refund.

Overall, a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this brand.

I have already left a review but remembered something that's worth prospective buyers seeing. The company offers customers free rings if they leave a 4/5 star review on this site. Please avoid them, they are nothing more than a drop shipping company who will scam you first chance they get.

Wrong ring size received. Hopefully I’ll get it sorted soon but from previous reviews that does not seem likely.

The ordering and delivery process of the jewellery that I purchased was very clear and I was kept well informed of the stage in the process that I was. The rings that I've received are great quality and appear to very durable with brilliant designs. Definitely would purchase again!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a ring with my size and they sent me bigger size that it is unwearable. So I contacted them to return the wrong product so they can send me my size. However they keep insisting that the ring they have sent me was what I ordered, when the ring size is clearly not the size I selected. I sent them photos to prove and it was just waste of time and money as they are helpless and their customer service are poor. Never again will bother myself because of this store and their poor service. And will never recommend them.

Poor quality and even worse customer service. The rings arrived incorrectly sized and did not meet expectations, and trying to arrange a return was frustrating and drawn out. Responses appeared automated and focused on upselling rather than resolving the issue. I was eventually told returns must be sent to the USA at my own cost, which was not disclosed at purchase and raises concerns about compliance with UK consumer rights. Overall, a disappointing experience and not a company I would trust to handle issues fairly.
